Just when it comes to psychotic ramblings. I'd go insane too if my name was Phil Dick...

Actually, one of my all time favorite authors went fvcking nuts, but made some amazing stories along the way later adapted to film.

Are you a good writer?

I would love to read the crazy s*** he wrote that is not public. If I remember right he had notebooks of stuff that is locked away.

He left behind a project known as The EXEGESIS of Philip K. Dick. He was a very fascinating author with a unique spin on Science Fiction.

"A great and calamitous sequence of arguments with the universe: poignant, terrifying, ludicrous, and brilliant. The Exegesis is the sort of book associated with legends and madmen, but Dick wasn’t a legend and he wasn’t mad. He lived among us, and was a genius."—Jonathan Lethem

Based on thousands of pages of typed and handwritten notes, journal entries, letters, and story sketches, The Exegesis of Philip K. Dick is the magnificent and imaginative final work of an author who dedicated his life to questioning the nature of reality and perception, the malleability of space and time, and the relationship between the human and the divine. Edited and introduced by Pamela Jackson and Jonathan Lethem, this will be the definitive presentation of Dick’s brilliant, and epic, final work. In The Exegesis, Dick documents his eight-year attempt to fathom what he called "2-3-74," a postmodern visionary experience of the entire universe "transformed into information." In entries that sometimes ran to hundreds of pages, Dick tried to write his way into the heart of a cosmic mystery that tested his powers of imagination and invention to the limit, adding to, revising, and discarding theory after theory, mixing in dreams and visionary experiences as they occurred, and pulling it all together in three late novels known as the VALIS trilogy. In this abridgment, Jackson and Lethem serve as guides, taking the reader through the Exegesis and establishing connections with moments in Dick’s life and work.

I've never realized how badly brake cleaner burns skin until spraying it on cuts on my hands.

Sometimes I Feel I need to get this out. I have extremely low tolerance to incompetency or offense. But I have a greater tolerance to maintain civil & interhuman relation. which is why I have like only 1 argument in the last 6 years of working.

Over the years, I keep mom even when I feel pissed, & give in to people even if I disagree with them (if it doesn't negatively impact result), again without showing decent. Problem is, People, take my tolerance as pushover & sometimes I feel I need to convey the message out.

Just this week, I was shouted at for literally making a mistake I consider equalevance to accidentally stepping on someone foot. Wrong of course, but not done purposely.

In a meeting with a potential partner, I accidentally slip the name of another potential partner. "Basically, I remind another colleague to check the file of (insert the name of another partner). Obviously, it was a mistake, & I apologized, after he shouted at me, & threaten to report me to my boss like I murdered someone.

When you considering I am not even in the project & merely trying to help, despite I have many other projects to work on & working off my ass to help. A colleague was on vacation so I stand in for him, & I was expected to be the expert in the project the next day, despite never attended a meeting with the potential partner. The other colleagues include the one that shouts at me seems clueless on half the stuff whats going on in these meetings, meetings they attended. I never got any compliment despite doing most of the job, but make one accidentally mistake, & got shouted at.

Just feel the need to vent my frustration here.

Probably why I drifted job wise and wound up as a Truck Driver.

It's a weird mix because it can be so boring and kind of isolating, but on the other hand I'm usually left alone.

My hope is to get established as a local truck driver delivering all day, then socialize on my own time outside of work with people I decide are not complete asshats.

I am not a driving person, I feel driving stressful especially in cities. I know it’s Stange coming from someone that drives a 300+Hp car, but I like it when the traffic is clear and drive in short distance.

But I can see other may like it. The important thing is enjoying our work. Despite the occasional “piss off” moment, overall it’s still a good experience, & importantly pays decently.
I still hope my little game adventure pays off & I can quit my current job and persue game dev full time.

Even tbough I treated dealing with business partners in my job like my own, it’s just feels different when actually dealing with people in your own business.

In the past week, i have been advertising for voice over talent for my game, and got quite a reception that I wasn’t expecting, & very positive responses for wanting the role in my game ( but it’s email exchange so they may be inflating their interest to gain better chances) . It was quite an experience and learning experience.

Trucking isn't a career I'm excited about, but soon I want to try moving to better weather in search of a decent companies. I also upgraded my license to haul more stuff hoping to earn much more.

I'm not thrilled about the long hours in Truck Driving, but I'll see what I can find in this weird industry.

After this weekend I have one thing on my mind...

“Kiki, do you love me? Are you riding?”...

I heard there is a ban on plastic straw in California,
Can any Californians tell me how do you drink milkshake or ice-blended coffee without a straw? Seriously curious.

It’s a new video challenge on FB people are doing across the country to a Drake song.
Like pranking? Imagine instead of challenging each other to write the best short story or find solutions to little problems. I am continuously in wonder if the newer generations are getting smarter or dumber.

There isn't. Not yet at least. There are reusable straws you can buy albeit inconvenient to carry around all the time I suppose.
