The Wrestling Topic

If the women wrestlers are equal to the men shouldn't they announce their weight when they are being introduced too? :tounge:

Short but good run in the WWE and the division definitely missed her when she left.

One of the oldest wrestling video game series (and one in which famed Suda 51 got his start making games) appears to be getting its first installment since 2012, as Spike Chunsoft has launched a teaser site and video titled "Pro Wrestling." Not only that but it appears to be just the fifth game in the long-running series's history to officially be localized in the west, as the "Pro Wrestling" Twitter account name is "3/2 in San Francisco."

Whatever they plan to show on March 2 in San Francisco (cough cough GDC), they likely wouldn't bother doing in the states if they had no plans to release it there. The first games in the series to be localized were Fire Pro Wrestling A localized as Fire Pro Wrestling, and Fire Pro Wrestling 2 for the Game Boy Advance, followed by Fire Pro Wrestling Returns on PlayStation 2. That really bad avatar-based Xbox Live Arcade title was the last we saw of the franchise until now.

HBK turned down a WM match with AJ Styles
I mean, it would be nice, but he hasn't been in the ring in a LONG time and is up there in the actual old age bracket. As fun as it was to wrestle Ric Flair at Wrestlemania, I'm sure he doesn't want to actually be Ric Flair, wrestling past his 50s. Also, fun fact, I just found out WWE produced that Gavin Stone movie.

Hadn't had a match in about 7 years when he last returned and unlike others he's kept himself in good strength.
But I would rather they focus on current talent

While true, the last time was drastically different. His career nearly involuntarily ended that time, but now he's in retirement by choice with occasional visits to WWE. I don't doubt his ability to come back for one match, just his desire for it.

Not sure how i feel about WrestleMania this year. Seems like a down year for sure but that's not saying much in a mediocre era.

I hate how 2 entire months of Raw & SD are basically an advertisement for Wrestlemania each year. Seeing the WM sign 20 times during each match makes me fast forward through the shows even faster than usual.

That Hardy ovation!

And end of an era of course with Taker. Definitely one of the best.

RAW is just gonna be "DELETE, DELETE, DELETE, DELETE, DELETE, DELETE, DELETE, DELETE"
