1). Is there any chance this is good? (The movies were trash)

2) .The "life is like a box of chocolates" character from above, what did he represent in the TV show?

3) .Did Scully have work done on her face?

1. Yes, it could be good.(The first movie was actually pretty good)
2. He was basically the prime antagonist and the nemesis of Mulder.
3. No.

Yea, the first movie was good, second one sucked.

These 6 episodes are supposed to follow the mythology of the series (alien story line).

I'm currently watching all episodes on Hulu. Just about done with Season 3 so at this rate I've got a season per month to finish before the new series.

It is a LONG ordeal to undertake. I did it last year I believe. It took a long time. Supernatural was the only one that was harder to do.

I started season 4 the other day and have watched three or four episodes, so I'm on good pace for the month so far.

Noticed that the X-Files is now in HD on Netflix. Do not have time to watch the entire series again before the new show starts.

The new season has been very fun so far. Episode three was such a nostalgia trip. It was really, really, funny. They're doing a great job with it. Three more episodes to go.

EP 3 was great.

I hope it stays around, but they will have to move any overarching stories faster than they used to.

So episode 4 was like the complete opposite of 3 haha. So brutal!

Xfiles has always been my go to show. Can throw it on a random episode and be entertained so i am loving this.

That's how it was. Always changing up the tone of the episodes. Works so damn well. They'll definitely make another season. The reception has been great. I haven't seen the ratings though.

Fox edged ABC on Monday as “The X-Files” fended off “The Bachelor” in the key 18-49 demographic.

Nobody could top CBS in total viewers, however. ABC was also runner-up there, though the gap was comparatively wider.

Fox was first in ratings with a 2.1 rating/7 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic, but third in total viewers with an average of 6.9 million, according to preliminary numbers. At 8 p.m. ET, “The X-Files” earned a 2.5/8 and 8.3 million viewers. At 9, “Lucifer” posted a 1.7/5 and 5.5 million

ABC was second in ratings with a 2.0/6 and in viewers with 7.6 million. “The Bachelor” at 8 had a 2.4/8 and 8.5 million viewers. “Castle” at 10 got a 1.1/4 and 5.7 million viewers.

CBS was third in ratings with a 1.8/6 and first in viewers with 9.6 million. At 8, “Supergirl” received a 1.8/6 and 8 million viewers. At 9, “Scorpion” had a 2.0/6 and 11.2 million viewers. At 10, “NCIS: Los Angeles” got a 1.6/5 and 9.7 million viewers.

So I have seen all 6 episodes and I was left disappointed. The series is basically a 2 part mini series with 4 episodes of filler. Really not sure why they established a story line and then totally ignore it for 4 episodes.
