What is "trolling"

Just wanted to get everyone's opinion on trolling and try to see where mods are at, cause I have no idea.

I see a lot of things where people are purposely trying to hurt others, it gets ignored it's there and it's whatever I guess.

I have been banned from two threads, one of them for saying something alone the lines of "yeah we see how sony is holding back x1 now" in the cloud powerz thread. Is that really trolling, I don't feel it is, I'm sure there are those of you that would take that as trolling but I don't feel I'm really trolling. Maybe there is a nicer way to say "I think the cloud simulation isn't impressive" and I don't agree with your stance that PS4 will be holding back x1 3rd party games in the future.

I think, it wasn't that bad, but do we really have to walk such a fine line that we can't say simple one liners like that now?

I 100 percent feel one or some of the mods do have a strong biased to one side, and things by certain people are let go in certain areas, where other mods may have less bias and let some things go.

I just don't see a clear line at all, between the different forums and threads.

Trolling is posting a comment in the thread that has nothing to do with the subject of the thread with the intention to garnering a negative reaction. Nobody said anything remotely close to 3rd party games being held back from Sony. It added nothing to the thread other than to dig at a poster.

You were banned from the other thread because you were nowhere near the topic of the thread making claims that were illogical nonsense.
