Forza Horizon 4. I still cant put down 3 two years later. The seasons and online human AI is just awesome as is Britain.
I have, but only once. Based on what I saw that they showed, it looked amazing. Then again, they have to make it look amazing to sell the gameObviously you have never been to Britain.
The darkness..or should I say the grayness, offset by those red leaves...was sick. Kinda reminded me of the old cherry 7up commercials.Ghost of Tsushima would be my pick. I loved how it looked. I think I'll get pretty lost in that world.
I can't really justify why, but gears 5 has me far more excited for a gears of war game than I've ever been. Halo takes priority for me, but since they showed more of an engine demonstration than anything quite tangible, it's lower.
It's very strange for me to have gears of war so high but disregarding how much I'll actually play any one game shown off (and I'm interested in very many) it's the one I'm thinking about the most. Never really thought the gears narrative would grab me very much.
Metro looked amazing to me. It stood out the most.
Also,
RAGE 2
Devil May Cry 5
I can't do it. Each press conference(minus Square Enix) had something I wanted/enjoyed.
MS: Crackdown
Sony: Ghost of Tsushima
Nintendo: Fire Emblem: Three Houses
EA: Anthem ( reluctantly)
Ubisoft: Beyond Good and Evil 2/ AC:Odyssey
Bethesda: Rage 2/Starfield
PC Gaming Show: Star Control Origins
Plus the unveiling of Cyberpunk 2077, Doom Eternal, Division 2 etc.
All in all, I think everyone, again minus Square Enix had a great show. Sure each one had its disappointments but I think each shows highs out paced the lows and we have a very healthy industry and a very good slate of games coming in the next few months and years.
Keep forgetting about Metro, looks awesome also, whish it wasnt delayed but it will be worth the wait.
