Saw Interstellar early today as well. Loved it. Most of the physics were pretty spot on. A few things weren't quite accurate, but the movie was very enjoyable. Didn't feel like three hours at all.

the first half was pitch perfect. great action, great humor.
i thought it was the first movie which successfully translated the sense of playing videogames onto film.
it was a shame that the movie becames bland sci-fi action in the final third.

Past week I watched Nightcrawler, which was brilliant, and Interstellar, which was abysmal.
Edge Of Tomorrow - 8/10 really enjoyed it from start to finish. Between this and Oblivion I'm glad Cruise chose to take on some sci-fi flicks.
Some parts of Interstellar were interesting to me. However, it seemed to have a new spin on annoying Space Movie Clichés.
Also, is it just me, or does Nolan need a better sound mixer guy? With this and Inception, it seemed like the background sounds or film score smothered the dialogue audio. Or maybe it's just my local theater speakers.
Abysmal. I really did not see that coming.
There was just a lot of stuff I didn't like. It had its moments and I think Nolan is a great director, but so much of the whole thing was just cringeworthy.
In my theatre the sound seemed very off as well, but it's a pretty small local one so the sound equipment might not have been the best.
Well, the audio mix made me think of Inception. Frequent quiet dialogue competing with the theme score as well as sound from the action scenes.
I had no trouble hearing anything. Same with Bane's voice in TDKR could understand everything he said in every scene in theater.
Interstellar is Nolan's most daring work so far in terms of the ethics it tries to say. His movies have always kept truism in heart, maybe except for The Prestige, but Interstellar is an unusual attempt at building a scientific theory about love. I liked it much better than I expected.
The plot is so simple like a video game and there is really no final villain. I'm sometimes perplexed why I find this movie so damn good. It is just so well executed.
Maybe to have a good Chris Nolan movie, you really do need Cillian Murphy.
Seriously, at the end I wanted to see Scarecrow pop up lol.
I thought Big Hero 6 was far better than Frozen. Having said that, I do understand why people love Frozen. It has an unpredictable and unusual plot, especially for a cartoon. BH6 was entirely predictable, but I personally found the relationships to be more meaningful.
Frozen has a classic Disney cartoon feel, while Big Hero 6 have a typical dreamwork cartoon feel. Funny, but forgettable.
Big Hero 6 - 9/10 me, my gf, son, sister, and my parents all went and saw this few weekends ago. Loved it. It looked amazing also. Towards the end there was not a dry eye in theater. Baymax was great.
Just watched Guardians of the galaxy.. never got a chance to see it in cinema but was absolutely shocked to see was out on Xbox video today to rent! (its still in cinemas in some places here lol) and it was superb, fun, funny and some good action

i never considered Olivia Wilde to be a good actress but man she was incredible in this movie. i could watch her play this role all day long.
