Wonder Woman

Someone on Reddit said it's as good as IronMan

That'd be awesome! DCCU needs some good feels...

are these DC fans who had early screening? cause they did the same for BvS and everyone was raving about how great that was...

They were simply told it was an action film.

Apparently some were marvel fans thinking it was going to be Spider-Man

The only thing I know for sure is I'd drink her bath water...

Disagree, both those movies were great. Suicide Squad is the only meh movie imo in the DC movie universe.

I wouldn't call them great but they weren't bad either, I enjoyed them and there are parts I really liked in each movie but I think they could have been better. People do pile on them a bit too much though, they weren't awful by any stretch. I think BvS would have been liked a lot more had the Martha thing not played in, hell he could have just said "my mother" instead of "Martha" and it would have a little more tolerable lol.

Same, I just really didn't get bothered by what many didn't like. I also agree about Suicide Squad being meh. There was stuff I liked about it, and would love to see another crack at it since the movie was a huge hit, but the editing killed me. The only dialogue I really hated was for Diablo, particularly towards the second half of the movie, when he's the moral fiber of the group. His evolution as a character is more apathetic I think (at least within the New 52 comics which the film borrows heavily from).

Was like Mark Zuckerberg mixed with the Joker.
Not sure if his fault or just doing his best with the material and direction.

Kind of wish he was played by Cillian Murphy.
Well, Cillian Murphy is a MUCH better actor than Jesse Eisenberg, to start with. I'm not saying that it's really his fault. I blame both the writer and director for Lex. I am saying that Eisenberg has played pretty much the same character since I first saw him in The Squid and the Whale, then Adventureland. He just has 0 range. He can be convincing playing something close to himself. Playing "the greatest criminal mind of our time"? No!

Maybe because Murphy played a different villain in a different DC "universe" (Scarecrow in Batman Begins) he was automatically off the list?

Tom Hardy was originally in Suicide Squad so no.

They wanted the original Lex in BvS which is what they got but that doesn't mean the character can evolve as the series goes on.
