Only thing I really care about is the split ram 4 ways. I would like to know the technical reasons for that

And here we go. Start the show Microsoft. The Xbox One will easily go down as the best console of all time. If the launch lineup is anything to go by we're going to be playing some amazing games over the coming years.

my favorite part is how Microsoft sneaked past everyone the 8gb of flash memory. You sneaky Microsoft!
I think that 32mb of ESRAM is going to be quite busy. (Hard Drive --> 8gb of flash -->8gb of DDR3 --> 32mb ESRAM)

This time based on Supercomputer tech, and it is next generation GPU, a clean break from old arch, when old gen is so much sensitive to microcode optimization

Gpgpu passes repetitive ops of to custom processors for efficient extreme graphics. Power extreme!

I obviously read mrxmedia. And I believe!

I don't mind this speculation, but I think Rollins already made a thread for this topic. Why spread this stuff out like this on the new forum?

EB Games Expo 4-6 October 2013 (After 30 Sept 2013) , MS will have largest Booth, with 100 units of X1 supposed to be final retail
and surprisingly they are focusing on 3 main titles, this time : BF4 , Ryse & KI

http://www.mcvpacific.com/news/read/xbox-one-to-be-playable-at-eb-expo/0119224
"There will be over 100 Xbox One consoles at the show.
The size of the booth Microsoft must need for such a huge number is alarmingly good news.
Games such as Ryse: Son of Rome, Battlefield 4 and Killer Instinct will be on offer."

http://techau.com.au/xbox-one-playable-at-eb-expo-2013/
"The highly anticipated next generation console will be a key feature of the event and will be available for hands-on experience in a show floor megabooth While we can’t reveal numbers just yet, we can confirm that HEAPS of Xbox Ones will be available on a scale of epic proportions."

http://www.kotaku.com.au/2013/07/get-your-first-play-on-the-xbox-one-at-eb-games-expo/
"Over 100 consoles will be there, with at least three games on offer: Ryse, Battlefield 4, and Killer Instinct. Microsoft is staying mum on whether Battlefield 4 will be singleplayer or multiplayer. There will also be presentations from game makers developing on the One, and the chance to see Kinect 2.0."

Interesting ....

I admit I'm glad you are back! These forums would have never been the same without you.
Although I'm not a believer in your speculations I admire your persistence and your ability to find interesting stuff! I think nobody can say you ANYTHING about the documents you find (on your conclusions, on the other hand, there's LOT to discuss...).

Tell me: if after launch all your theories and speculation do not come true, what will you say? I mean will you just shrug it off saying: "well it was all speculation for the sake of it"?

Right. Well, I chalk up his efforts and Mister X to at least having some idea of what is going on. Both are too persistent in their efforts for there not to be something there. Time will tell, but I'm expecting them to be at least half right.

Pure soul! You are the wizard of expressing techno babble about new fangled electronic do-hickies. I am sorry that I do not have the time or dedication to stalk the threads you start or post in like Zom. He is truly dedicated to letting you know he is watching you. What a terrifically attentive guy Zom is! :(*sniff

Keep up the good work puresoul. I admire you dedication and fortitude in the face of dirision. I'd love these rumours to be true just as a pay off for your belief and dedication.:)

Okay, now it feels like TeamXbox, it's time for a spot the difference competition.

This is the original slide presented at Hotchips by Microsoft's Xbox silicon team.

It was presented by John Sell, Partner Hardware Architect at Microsoft and Chief architect for the Xbox One SoC. His previously held positions include Senior Fellow at AMD, Chief Technical Officer at The 3DO Company and a distinguished Engineer at Apple.

Now the key mistake, is removing the compute and graphics command processors from the graphics core (GPU) and stating they are separate.

The big problem with this is, apart from the fact that it completely contradicts the Chief Architect of the SoC's schematic and that is pretty daft in itself, is that the graphics and compute command processors are a standard integrated part of a modern AMD GPU and not separate co-processors from the GPU.

The whitepaper linked below proves this. EDIT link fixed

The graphics core box is expanded in this slide which details the single GPU...

So in short, puresoul, you are quite incorrect.

Again.
