Xbox one launch day demo's/will it impact any purchase?

I thought I'd create a new thread for the above and also ask the question would it influence you?

I'm having a debate with a friend of mine, I don't think they will release demos for launch titles and if they do I can't see it happening in the first few weeks after release, I can imagine they're busy finishing the final game and haven't had the time/resource to whack a demo together, especially as they've not had the final hardware for too long.

I'd also like to see if anyone is hoping they can play a demo before buying and if there aren't demo's will it force you to not make the purchase?

Would love to see a demo of Ryse. Still on the fence about it so this would probably help sway me one way or another.

Prolly not, launch titles aren't known for being the best, in terms of gameplay or a systems strengths.

I don't need to play a demo. I've seen enough and am convinced that I will not be disappointed. Ryse and BF4 have been preordered but I'm still considering Forza 5 & DR3.
