Has anyone used Dolby Atmos on their One X? I know it is very few games, but man all sound is so much richer. Especially immersive with headphones and the headphone app. At least I think it is.
Shhh. Don't say anything to him about it, but it's just talk back radio played through his phone.
It's so as he doesn't get lonely.
Sometimes I leave the TV on for my dog, so he won't be too lonely aswell.
f***ing hell, HDR is going to make this game look insane. I was hoping for it but i thought it was a pipe dream for them to add.

I snagged one of those... just absolutely stupid good value.
I got two because Plainview said it helps the site out going through that link, still not any games on it that I want to play that I don't already own but it'll give me a chance to try out some games later that I probably wouldn't have bought otherwise. I'm not a racing game fan but at least now I'll see what FH4 looks like on my One X in person.
I tried it with my speaker set up. To be honest with you I can't hear the difference between Atmos and 7.1 uncompressed. I do like the light coming on my receiver though.
Much more richer and way louder.
Gears 4 sounds like real people are talking,grunting etc in my living room.
Download home front the revolution if you haven't played it before. It's such a cool game and a lot of little details bring the game to life. So glad they bring enhanced games like this to game pass.
I noticed that game got a 48% on metacritic. I did read, though, that they've fixed a lot of the launch issues, and reception has gotten better over time.
X-enhanced version looks great at 1800p, 4x the pixels of the normal game. Pro version runs at 1400.
My X will be here Tuesday. Feeling good about it. I'm going to start with some BC stuff. I want to try Jade Empire and Morrowind. It was those announcements that first really changed my perspective on Xbox. I might play through the original Halo campaign, too.
I'm looking forward to trying out Game Pass, too. I got 6 months for $30.
There are a bunch of multiplats I'm looking forward to playing on the X: AC Odyssey, Battlefield V, Tomb Raider, Kingdom Hearts, Devil May Cry, Dying Light 2. It's good to know that all these games will look and play better on the X.

Yeah, I want to try that. Hopefully it's on Game Pass. I also want to try other X-enhanced BC titles, too, like Oblivion, RDR, Fable, and Kotor.
I agree, that looks like a massive improvement. Original Xbox couldn't even hold 30.
