I think that we should all compromise and shut. the. f***. up. about the topic, and then if you really want to have it again, just read through the last 2800 or so posts first because no matter what your argument is, it's been said, been dead, been buried, been skullf***ed, s*** upon, and then resurrected more times and faster than a god-damn respawn in Too Human.

No, I'm pretty sure it's not and since the Dennis Dicksack v. Epic lawsuit turned out to be such a curbstomp in Epic's favor, I think you'll only ever play Too Human on an XB1 if you run HDMI from a 360 through it.
The hype was too much. If it had rolled out with average fanfare it would have done better.

I remember when 360 launched I thought Gears, Mass Effect and Too Human all had equal potential to be Xbox’s next group of pillar AAA franchises. The music on the Too Human website was awesome and Dyack hyped the crap out of the game. At least I got 2 out of 3 right...as did Microsoft.
I also thought Darko Milicic, drafted one pick after Lebron, was going to be a sure fire superstar even after sitting the bench for a year. So I guess I was actually 2 out of 4 in my biggest predictions.
Then I thought my ex wife would chill out and be less psycho after our first kid. 2 out of 5.

I knew Too Human was going nowhere the moment I saw the horrible animation on the tavern cinematic they bandied about before release. It screamed "poor budget" to me. Cool concept, though...
True...but Eternal Darkness was one of the sleeper hits of the previous gen. I just thought it would eventually get the money and polish it needed to reach its potential from Microsoft. It was a cool concept. It was Monoloux-lite in term of concept to execution only it had an obviously smaller budget.
I think it had to do with SK getting hate because at that time Epic was king and they were in court. So SK was going down not only in court but gamers as well.
Quick question, I am upgrading today after work from my 55inch 4k Samsung with no HDR to a 75inch Sony 4k with HDR....I noticed on the Xbox settings there were a couple different HDR options (8, 10, 12 I believe), what should I have mine set to when I set this up tonight?
set it to 8bit, SDR content is 8-bit and when playing HDR the console automatically switches to 10-bit.. so you will get perfect match for both modes in this case

It looks like the folks over at Amazon Spain may have prematurely spilled the beans on the release dates for two upcoming Xbox One titles. According to a now-removed post on the site, fans can expect to get their hands on Crackdown 3 on June 29th and State of Decay 2 on May 25th. Both titles appear to carry a price point of 69.99 euros, but that's almost guaranteed to vary from the US price point.
Crackdown 3 made my personal list of most anticipated games of 2018 and its launch date has been pushed back and its launch date has been pushed back before to allow more development time. Supposedly it's being reworked to give Brooklyn 99 star Terry Crews a bigger in-game role. State of Decay 2 from Undead Labs is set to take all the original zombiepocalypse survival and expand upon the first's base building features as well as add four-player co-op. Both titles are expected to launch on Xbox One and PC this year, regardless of whether or not the date leaks are accurate.
Along with the rumored release dates, Amazon Spain may have leaked the State of Decay 2 box art as well.

Momentus day, finally unplugged and packed away the Kinect. My Xbox can still switch on/off my TV and STB. Don't use voice commands since Cortana integration it's been rubbish.
no interest in State of Decay, but what i once thought was exciting about a possible Crackdown 3 diminished with each delay and MS's very poor record of making each iteration of a previous game in the series worse than the one before means i'll most likely wait on it.
