I feel when one post “I’m not gonna talk about it anymore” when before it they mention another game in development “I’ll get back on the hype…somewhere in the future” really means “I don’t know anything, never did, my guess is just that, will talk about it when more speculation surface”. Call me a cynic, but they aren’t honest with themselves

They either don’t want to be wrong with their guess or they wait for something to latch onto. There’s “insiders” out there who are very open about what exactly they know, some even placing bets and following through when they’re wrong. Knowing something and keeping quiet cos they say “they’ll get in trouble” is kinda a lame excuse….it’s not like they’re getting paid for it or sponsored by those they report on. Many major media journalists/reporters/influencers have done so.
