ZORE X, the sensible firearm locking solution?

I'm all for the second amendment. I'm also for sensible firearm ownership. If you own a firearm, you're wholly responsible for anything that happens with it. Many firearm owners don't want to lock their firearm in a box, or a cabinet, because they want it available at a moment's notice. Fingerprint technology in firearm is there, but it's not completely reliable and many firearm owners have balked at the idea being industry wide. I know when I get out of the shower I can't open my iPhone. When home defense is needed in an instant, there's no time for failure.

ZORE X, looks, by far, to be the best solution to firearm safety I've ever seen. It's secure, it's quick, and it's technologically advanced. You can set it up so that the ZORE X alerts you when there's movement with the firearm. In this mode, you receive an alert the moment the firearm is moved. It's not secure beyond that. You can charge the firearm and the ZORE X is ejected and the firearm is loaded.

The second mode is when the firearm is locked completely. Nobody can charge the firearm and it's impossible. You have to unlock it using the rapid dial. The rapid dial is an ingenious method and it can be used with seeing it. It's all done by clicks. The dial can be turned in any direction to unlock it. Set the code to as short, or long, as you want.

Being technologically advanced is what sets the ZORE X apart from the rest of the locking device that are out there. It's connected through Bluetooth. There's an accompanying Bluetooth/Wifi plug-in bridge that enables you to receive an alert where ever you are. The ZORE X is battery powered by a CR2 battery and lasts about a year. You'll receive a warning three months before the battery dies. If your battery only has one month of life left, you won't be able to lock it. If your battery dies while it is locked, an external batter source will unlock it.

There's an app that is used with the ZORE X. What's pretty nifty is that there's a way for you to train with it. It'll time how long it takes you to unlock it. One really cool feature is that you can set the app up to surprise you with an alert and time how long it takes you to reach your firearm. The more you use it, the better you'll get at it.

If you're a firearm owner, this seems like the best solution to keeping your firearms secure, and keeping them out of the wrong person's hand. If I was a firearm owner, and I didn't have a safe, this would be the way I would be going. It can also be used in tandem with your safe for the ultimate 'keep it out of the wrong person's hand.' You can find more info at their website.

You guys won't need guns any more.

You're about to send all the criminals back, and build that wall. :p

Smart idea for the technology though.

They should just build the gun into the next iPhone. At least they'd be adding something new, instead of taking away the old.

Hey Siri, shoot that guy.
