What bottleneck???? X1 has 1080p gaming
So did 360, so did PS3, your statement does not negate this video or article.
Just an FYI, Virtua Tennis 3 was a game on both current gen consoles which output in native 1080p.

Don't feed the troll bro, his appetite is endless.
Xbox One will "likely" power up faster than your TV when booting from standby mode, Microsoft has claimed.
Clarifying the console's three power states on Reddit
, Xbox director of product planning Albert Penello stated that "On is On. Off is Off. Standby allows "Xbox On", quick resume, checking for updates, etc.
"[Standby] is the mode we'd like to see people in, obviously, so you get back to gaming or watching TV really quick. From standby, it's likely the Xbox will be on before the TV is completely powered up."
Standby mode will let users quickly power up their console by saying 'Xbox On' and automatically download software updates while the user is away.
However, it isn't yet known how much power Xbox One will require while in Standby mode or how long the console will take to boot after being fully powered off.
Like I said before, the 360 had native 1080p games, that does not prove this info false.
ESRAM is known as a headache for developers right now, that's no secret, Google the words/descriptions used by devs discussing their thoughts on the X1's ESRAM, because if I post some, I'll get banned.
If you are comparing more than 3-year old Virtura Tennis 3 to the new NBA 2K14, I'm at a loss of words. And since I googled, I see nothing but users talking about the same thing on the same basis over and over again. As much as the size of the cache might be a problem (which is exactly what the article you linked to told me), the cache itself is there to alleviate it, so get your fact straight, and don't make us talk about the same old **** over and over again.
Headache, I'd say no. Developers not having the time to learn how to use it, I'd say yes.You missed the point entirely.
Watch the video or really read the article.
ESRAM is for a lack of better words or bannable words is a 'headache', people can cry all they like to me but BS is still BS, MS's cost cutting measures and choices have cost them and like the video and article state, it doesn't mean the system is s*** or the games are s***, but it cannot be denied that there are limitations because of their decisions.
Oh yeah and get YOUR FACTS right.
Headache, I'd say no. Developers not having the time to learn how to use it, I'd say yes.
One developer used the word b****, doesn't sound like a time constraint.
One developer in the realm of hundreds upon hundreds doesn't a headache make. One developer used the word b****, doesn't sound like a time constraint.
One developer in the realm of hundreds upon hundreds doesn't a headache make.
And get your facts straight on what I said.
ESRAM sucks, shouldn't have existed in the architexture <- This is what many believes and is BS.
ESRAM needs to be bigger, it's smaller than it should be and complicates development <- This is what is going on based on the solid information so far. Everyone who read the DF interview correctly can easily reach this conclusion.
Exactly the same thing happened / is happening with 10 megabytes of eDRAM in 360, and people need some time to get around. It's a limitation yes, but all machines have limitations.
Time, it will do two things.
1. Educate people
2. Allow corporations to learn from their mistakes.

If your point was a grand sweeping as you're making it out to be, it's a "bitch" to develop for, what do you make of this? "If you get down to the tiny details then maybe each is better at one thing than the other, but it doesn't really impact the way you make a game. "It's not like PS4 or Xbox One are particularly hard to develop for. Quite the opposite: you can make whatever you want on either one, and that should be enough for anyone."I'm just showing you a simple example of how at least one developer I mentioned (more have made comments) had something to say about the ESRAM and how the X1 is a b**** to develop for.
My point was in this case, time is not a constraint, b**** implies it's difficult to develop for, which is true.
both consoles should have same specs, same architecture and only be separated by their services and infrastructure lol easier for devs, easier for people on forums
In retrospect, I think 360 and PS3 have been identical for the last 4 years
