The Wolverine 2 may be coming.

Twentieth Century Fox is reportedly moving forward on a sequel to The Wolverine and is currently negotiating with director James Mangold and Hugh Jackman to put the wheels of production in motion.

According to the report on Deadline Mangold, who directed this summer's solo outing, is "making a deal to write the treatment", with veteran X-Men producer Lauren Shuler Donner attached to produce. The Wolverine was Hugh Jackman's second solo outing as the adamantium-clawed mutant and it fared much better critically than X-Men Origins: Wolverine, scoring an 8.5 review from IGN's Scott Collura.
It went on to gross $413m at the box office globally, making it the second highest grossing X-Men film yet behind X-Men: The Last Stand, so a sequel looks like a safe bet for Fox. If Hugh Jackman does return as Wolverine it will be the eighth time the Aussie actor has donned the claws.

Nice. I wonder what the next story will be.

Operation takedown / Hackers 2 / the one about mitnick is pretty good and realistic.
Theres also a Australian movie called underground

Yeah, I really didn't like it, or her in it. What would you have chose ?

Yeah, care to elaborate? As much as I liked Contagion I can understand the dislike of the film, but just what Kate Winslet had done in the film that can even be considered to be a career low?

I do not think she pulled her character off to well in that movie. Just seemed like a performance where she went through the motions rather than putting fourth any great effort. I'm not saying she was terrible, but In comparison to al the other stuff I have seen of her ( Titanic, Little children, Quills, The reader, Revolutionary Road, Carnage, Eternal spotless mind, Life of David gale, Jude, Holy Smoke, All the Kings men) it is one of the weakest, IMO.

Although I should change it cause Plainview reminded me of Movie 43.

The Core? One guy hacks into a mobile phone using a chewing gum wrapper.

Regular Show and Adventure Time I guess, although I haven't watched either of them in a while. If South Park is considered cartoon then I've been watching that recently as well.

Yep Bob's Burgers is hands down the best new adult cartoon to air on Fox in some time. Andy and Ollie are the second and third best characters next to Tina.

I still think King of the Hill will be adult cartoon ever.

Time for some awesomely terrible cop movies. I used to love his movies when I was a kid, man they don't hold up though. Terrible acting, unintentionally hilarious fights/deaths...I'll be watching em'

I was kind of astounded by the Red Skull in Captain America. Was it really that hard to do the character properly? Did they really need to devolve him into burnt-face man? Their budget must have been like, $25.

I think sometimes producers over think their source material/audience, the Red Skull has literally a red skull for a head. They prolly think audiences wont believe a guy has a skull for a head, so well make him a burn victim...that or a cheap ass budget. Marvel movies were never really a big property before Spidey or so...

Haha, funny you posted this, I just watched Above the Law and Hard to Kill on AMC on Monday night. I have a soft spot for old action movies. I always liked Seagal's style as a protaganist, and his martial arts were particularly interesting with the aikido throws/arm locks/joint breaks, and the knife-fights. These movies are definitely way worse than I had remembered though, lol.

p.s. - I like how AMC is showing those pop-up 'Production Notes' that appear on the screen sometimes. They can offer some interesting tidbits. For example, guy who directed Above the Law (Andrew Davis) also directed The Fugitive, one of my favorite movies (who would've known? lol).

p.p.s. - Hmm, looking at IMDB, the same guy did Under Siege too, cool! OMG, but he also did Collateral Damage, which was horrible. This guy is the most inconsistent director ever, lol.

Oh yeah def. a lot worse now, but were great back in the day. I always like Seagals style too, plus it was always easy to replicate his arm locks and joint breaks when we'd wrestle. Still fun to watch though for a ride in the way back machine. To bad Seagal let himself go...

He was hilarious in Machete. My god that was perfect. I was really sad that he never joined Expendables 3.

I don't know what else you'd consider South Park. It's not like it's a live action show.

I loved that Bob's Burgers expanded on to Adultswim because they play episodes on Sunday and Monday nights. I'll have to buy a BB dvd if and when available.
