What movies have you seen recently?

The Endless 7/10

I was in the mood for sci-fi / horror. This kind of fits that and they did a reasonable job with a low budget.

I just had a hard time connecting with the main characters.

Have you seen Resolution? The Endless is a sequel, I probably like Resolution a little more, but enjoyed both.

Info like that should really be put into the description of movies on Netflix. WTF. I don't remember it saying anything like that.

It can definitely be enjoyed on its own. It's kind of supposed to be a "surprise" sequel, where you find out part of the way in that it has characters from Resolution. I read one of the directors saying he thinks people should watch them in reverse (Endless first, then Resolution).

Resolution should still be on Shudder, I watched it there a month or so back. By the way, Shudder just added Argento's Deep Red as well, his second most acclaimed movie after Suspiria.

Have you seen DEMONS? Is that worth checking out?

Suspiria (201:cool: - I enjoyed this a great deal. It's not the sensory overload of beautiful visuals and music of the original, but it's great on its own right. Similar base plot, but with massively diverging ways of playing out. If you like a more cinematic type of horror movie, this is for you.

13 Hours The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi

Do not watch unless you like being pissed off.

Finally got around to watching this movie. What happened was completely FUBAR. From the lack of security, support, the administration's insistence that this happened because of an islamaphobic youtube video, and the attempted coverup. Not only that, but to this day, the Obama administration laughs it off.

Watched Outlaw King over the last few nights. Action was sweet, but the filler between was :txbconfused::txbconfused::txbconfused:

Will say that the scene with the geese was one of the most manly things I've ever seen
