Switch resolution/Zelda

Zelda looks great imo, at least as good as most ps4 games, obviously not as graphically impressive as say GoW, but absolutely in same class as most other games this gen. Console itself is weak for a stationary console, but it's a handheld hybrid so it doesn't really matter.
Going by gameplay, the switch doesn't have any technical limitations imo

You can't just compare numbers especially with nVidia vs AMD as nVidia smokes AMD with much lower numbers.
Switch has less than 1 TF's of power but yet it's probably equivalent to 1 TF's of AMD.

I see this being the reason for Switch making comparable to the base consoles visuals.

People thinking BOTW is boring? Must have played a different game.
Put over 100 hours into that game and still loving it. If it isn't your cup of tea fine.

Maybe those folks prefer more linear games with half the depth and half the freedom.
I mean I'd take a Jennifer Lawrence over Kim Kardashian anytime but I've always favored a little more adventure in my life rather than predictability.

Graphics have been decided by what you see on the screen not by what's under the hood.
Zelda BOTW looks as good as most good looking PS4 exclusives.

Zelda is pushing neither visuals or tech. It's outdated even by Nintendo standards. The graphics are what you typically see in a 3D indie game except it's a little more polished on a bigger scale. Def not up there with Sony games like HZD.

Indie? LOL drugs are so bad JUST SAY NO!

Its as good as most PS4 games.

The game looks very good at times but some of the textures are basically non-existent.

It’s my Game of the Generation and I can admit it’s not because of the visuals.

Ditto, but visual wise, I’d say it has the best art direction for any Zelda game and or modern Nintendo game. I wanna say there’s other games I would compare it to but I don’t think it’s fair to do so since most of the games I’ve played this gen I haven’t even completed or played enough to see their variety in art....I kinda wanna compare it to Hilda on Netflix

So.... the discussion is regarding whether zelda belongs as a AAA title graphically this gen, or even if it compares to indie titles this gen?

No...

Blue tint shades and drugs f***ing you up

Anybody who think Zelda compares to Sony games should go help. The game game barley has any detail and not much is happening on screen. That don't include it's weak animations. Only thing Zelda has going for it art style.

Yes and it was nominated for its visuals...
Why because it looks good!

It has a s*** load going on in its bigger than any PlayStation exclusive open world.
Probably 2-5 times the size of Horizon ZD.

I like Zelda's art style, but I think that should be distinguished from resolution.

Show me how Zelda compares to Sony games visually outside are style. Valliance claims are pretty asinine but it's funny you only target me.
Me and Valliance have been at each other before, I don't pick and choose. You just seem to have an unnatural urge to praise sony and bank on other consoles. If one would play that game, sony doesn't compete with Microsoft in graphics, they almost never reach 4k which one assumes would be the target with the pro. Doesn't mean playstation titles doesn't compare graphically though, they do, but technically a bit worse.
Switch same, just weaker. It doesn't put any gameplay obstacles because of it.
