The game looks incredible, graphically a huge step up from MKX which already looked great. Not happy with Sonya's face though, the quality is fine I just think she looks strange.

Raiden has been my main guy since MK1. I'm really enjoying this direction for his character.

Yeah, I just hope we can shrink the size of the meters on screen, a bit too much HUD going on there for my liking
They actually had a couple of brutalities on the UK stream, they showed one for Scorpion and one for Sub-Zero from what I saw. I just hope they've gotten rid of the distance requirements for brutalities, you can't control where the opponent is and it just makes some of them too hard to do.

Just like Injustice 2 they've done an awesome job with the facial animations, especially around the eyes. During Sub-Zero's entrance he almost looks like a real person, they've also done a great job with little touches like having the losers eyes open up at the end of Scorpion's fatality when the spear comes through their mouth or when Scarlet throws that blood spear into the mouth, they really sell it.
Sonyas face look strange af no doubt.
Game looks super great, but...I really don't like the look they're going for of the characters, they seem to want them to have a bit more realistic clothes but they look over worked and...noisy, it doesn't look good, raiden looks especially bad. I'm hoping they give us more classic costumes too, give me a bit more muted versions of mk1 costumes please.

I think they've gone a little overboard on some of the costumes but that's also because they have 3 base looks for each character so they need something to set them apart. I do think they messed up with Amelia Earhart..oops I mean Skarlet I don't get why she's wearing that on her head, at least she has another look with no hat. She reminds me of the actress Anna Hopkins but with short hair.
As far as Sonya I don't think they scanned Rousey they are just using her voice, she looks nothing like her. At some angles she looks fine, they showed Cassie in the story trailer and she has another real looking but ugly face. S

Fairly low quality screen grabs someone put up but they show off the different background from the trailers, they all look great. I was watching some videos last night from people who played the game and many said the streaming video we've seen doesn't do the game justice and that as good as the videos look the game looks much better in person.
It's kind of sad how Sonya and Cassie look a lot more like real people this time but are less attractive than MKX considering they actually scanned actresses faces this time lol. I shouldn't say less attractive, the others look like toys so unless you find toys attractive there is no comparison lol.
