The Last of Us Part 2 - New Trailer Contains Spoilers

It's insane, I went from admiring ND like gods because of the first game, it's prob the best playstation game I've ever played. Now I don't want nothing to do with this sequel, I honestly would rather be waiting for a sequel that would never come instead of seeing what they did with this. It's sad.

I did, it's fine. I do think bloodborne is better in most aspects though.
And I should clarify a bit, the production value and story is what makes me live tlou, the gameplay is not great though. There's tons of better playing games and games that's more "fun", but just like zelda there's some magic that's hard to explain going on that takes some games to another level.

This is some weird s***!

even without the controvers, the original E3 gameplay trailer is fill with shock and uncomfortable moments and combat is discomfort to watch. I know killing someone isn’t something to glorify and I can sort of understanding why they want to make the killing discomfort.

but I play game to have fun. I think it’s okay or feel emotional & think about what you are doing, but these should be done selectively and not the entirety of the game, for me anyway.
 
I've avoided the leaks for the most part, took a risk just entering this thread (thankfully no spoilers on this page so far) but I'm still fully on for this game, getting it day one. I've gleaned a bit about what everyone is freaking out about but not much. What little I do know didn't seem like enough to get the sort of reaction it seems to be getting but maybe it's just the tip of the iceberg as far as I know. I'm still on board even if soy-boy Cuckman has aligned himself with Sarkesian whats her name lol...

Haha, I don't really have much of an analytical mind. I'll tell you all right now unless the social commentary in this game is VERY blatant and aggressive and ultra heavy-handed, it's not going to bother me if I even pick up on it to begin with, so I don't know how much my impressions will be worth.

Had to stop watching. Another perfect example of why youtubers suck balls. He can't varify anytghing. Everything is an assumption, but his video title expresses a fact. Was it really to hard to title it, "Are Sony Blatantly Manipulating Review Scores ?" It is a better reflection of tye video content.

That state of play was great, the game looks like it's going to be crazy and I think at least one of the assumptions some had about a certain group should be put to rest.
 
GAAHHH I wish I could turn off the LBGT stuff.
Need to know how they are handling the PS5 with this PS4 purchase ie don't want to double dip plus some news on possible down the road MP before I consider buying.

Nothing is being forced on you, it's just part of who that character is, grow up lol.

I agree on the wanting to know about a possible PS5 release and if it's going to cost extra.
 
Not super impressed, I feel like the biggest thing that gave more weight to the combat was the context sensitive dialogue. That was cool but everything else seemed pretty standard.

Also can I just say killing humans, no problem. Killing dogs?? Ohhhh hell no lol

I've always felt that way in games, something about hearing an animal cry out in pain just.... I remember when I did this in RDR2 for the first time I really did feel bad for a second.

Visuals are last gen and next gen is around the corner.
