I ask honestly, who in the lower to middle class is doing better because of Trump? Republicans look at me like I'm some sort of bleeding heard leftist who only votes on social issues, but quite simply, a Democratic leader is better for me economically. Stable, sane leadership is what an economy needs.

Currently in a "discussion" with my cousin who thinks Obama did nothing for their family... ya know, he only passed laws allowing them to stay in their house while they didn't make mortgage payments for seven years, my cousin having healthcare when he was 24 and almost died and was in a coma for three days, her sisters get state paid healthcare and have been for at least a decade, they're collecting unemployment and got that fat $1200 stimulus check, the list is endless... but, ya know, democrat lawmakers are awful and republican lawmakers are amazing.

My #1 gripe with the Democrats is that they don't hit the economy nearly hard enough. Republicans talk about the economy in everything. 99% of it is lies... but that's another matter. Republicans have convinced people that a "good" economy is the stock market and low unemployment. Then they fill in with the usual racist tropes to make groups out to be the drain on the system. It is a simple, effective message they've been repeating in one form or another for decades.
Biden is doing better with this than most, but if I were on their strategy team I would be making it all about the economy. The Republicans are louder and more consistent on it. I know the Democrats are better for me, but that's because I take the time to burn through all the misinformation.
I think it is an age thing too. For those of us who've grown up under Reagan and seen the whole "trickle down" thing 3 times now have caught on to the con.

Serious question when did all these pediphile conspiracies start? My wife’s brother got her on this conspiracy kick and now she is thinking this whole massive pedo thing is for real especially with this new Cuties tv show conspiracy thing in high gear and the yearsof conspiracy towards famous people like Tom Hanks and other celebrities. Plus that supposedly Cali tried to make pedo s*** ok or something and I’m like wtf? All I told her is “you’re believing conspiracy theories now?” Got in a huge fight.
Uhh yikes dude I'm sorry that sucks. And I'm sure you can thank Facebook groups and s*** for conspiracies like this. Pizza Gate and Q-Anon bull. These same people think Trump is supposed to be putting an end to it.
Hardest part about it is convincing someone who's fallen for this s*** that it's not true. I honestly don't know where to begin. Maybe Plainview has some advice.
It started as posting on 4 Chan from a supposed insider that was working for Trump to take out the deep state. It then got picked up by youtubers and facebookers and spread. So this Q perons posts stuff about so and so celebrity being pedos and stuff most of which is nonsensical except for when it crosses something like Epstien and his friends, which then all it does is muddy the water and has caused people to call in reports to the FBI with pedo tips that are false making thier job more difficult and harder to catch actual pedos. Ironically I've seem some say that its been traced back to the 8 Chan ownser so it may have been all started by a pedo.
I wish I had advice. These people into Q spend there time just trying to get other people into it and I've read that if someone goes in too deep that they become as hard to deprogram as a terrorist.

I miss this. It brings tears to my eyes. Obama had his faults. He wasn't perfect. No one is. He tried his best with the powers invested in him.
