Prey is criminally underrated. That is a truly great game.
Prey was one of my favorites this gen.
Strange how much good stuff I've been hearing about this game recently. I guess it's time I visit this one, since I missed it initially. Why was there so much disregard for it before? I could have sworn that it wasn't praised so well upon release. I could have sworn that it was treated as mediocre. Am I wrong?

I've been hearing a lot of great stuff about it over the past week as well. Few people even refer to it as one of their games of the gen. I gave it a few hours and really enjoyed the atmosphere but got distracted and never went back. Looks like it'll be my game for the weekend.

It was mostly low 80's metacritic, which is pretty good in my book, but was multiplatform and single player only, which is why I think it had less of a fan following. Once you start to develop your character, where you can go and what you can do really opens up.

I started Prey but never finished it. Might give it another shot down the road.

I have never played ANY of those games in those collections :surprise:

I think paying billions to acquire Ubi only to have Splinter Cell as an exclusive and above the radar would be worth it. Fvck it.

No way on any huge acquisition only if something can’t miss lands as a easy buy or something they have a eye on is about to be acquired by someone else and MS feels they have to move.
