Godzilla saved Cinema$48m in the US. Beating KotM(just) which was of course pre covid
He grew, skull island was set in 1973 so he's had about 48 years of growth, they said he was young in the first movie.Liked it but it's short and they are way off with the scale of King Kong.
Ah ok yeah they were a bit iffy on that stuff, you specified king kong so I thought you were only talking about him. Kong also would stand straight up at times and other times like a typical ape where he leaned forward a lot and used his fists to help walk. I didn't pay too much attention to this stuff overall, it's not a realistic movie in any sense of the word so I wasn't expecting too much.IN THE MOVIE.
The scale was off in different scenes and it's pretty bad.View attachment 5303

Just admit it bro, Kong did not lose.
Correct..
He lost twice
He was f***in roided out for round 4 ready to kick that gecko's ass. THIS WAS AFTER KONG SAVED ZILLA. He said, "if anyone's gonna take out this green mother f***er, it's gon be me" and lo and behold that leapin lizard walked away.

He dropped the axe. He knew a King is no match for a God.
Correct..
He lost twice
He picked it back up and was ready to take a dump all over Godzilla's face
This was probably my most played game as a child, very memorable Christmas present still. They should make a new Godzilla video game. Have a open world mode and just a straight up fighter mode.
Godzilla was looking for the threat... Kong isn't it which is one of the reasons he didn't kill him 2nd time around. He didn't fight at the end because he had no need to.
Kong only beat Mechagodzilla because it wasn't built for a fight against him and even then he would have been killed if not for the malfunction.
It's one issue I have with the films in that both would have died in every film if not for human help.
Kong would have drowned if not for the navy. Would have been killed by the hollow earth creature if not for the humans and was all but dead after Godzilla beat him and needed reviving. Godzilla f***ed him up in the end.
Yes get to a theater to watch this again. You will not be disappointed.Absolutely loved the movie. I watched it on HboMax. The fight scenes were epic and the visuals/CGI didn't disappoint. The experience would have been much better at the theaters, I'm sure. I'll probably watch it for a round 2 at AMC theaters this weekend.
I’ve yet to watch it, or the movie, yet... but I’ll leave this here
