Are you joking?I watched a half hours worth of ganeplay on YouTube and thought this looked like crap. I'm surprised you guys like it.
Doesn't look amazing, but it's surprisngly fun. If you have GamePass it's worth a flyer for sure.I watched a half hours worth of ganeplay on YouTube and thought this looked like crap. I'm surprised you guys like it.
Yeah I'm sure it's something fun to play for abit for free but I've just got too many top tier games in my backlog and not enough time to bother with mediocre titles.Doesn't look amazing, but it's surprisngly fun. If you have GamePass it's worth a flyer for sure.
Also lol D-V-ANT 60 hours is a long time bud did you eat or sleep in there?
I guess I should play it! 60 hours is a lot!Just finished it tonight and have completed 3 expeditions. The story play time on total was between 55 to 60 hours. Spent about 3 to 5 hours on the expeditions.
I went at it hard since it went live so yeah sleep was an optional thing
That time is using auto increase on the world tiers so the game gets harder and harder. You could do it faster if keep the world tier difficulty low.I guess I should play it! 60 hours is a lot!

It isn't 60. It is more 35 to 45 hours to do everything. Which still isn't bad.I guess I should play it! 60 hours is a lot!
Are you playing solo or with friends? I don't think I could play this solo after playing with others it's just so much better.
Sounds like avoid PC.I am the only one experiencing glitches. Often, I cannot use any attacks, which often happen if I have a failed teleport attempted. Then I have to died & it worked after revived. Also HUD missing is common.
Sprint is clunky, & hence so is melee slam. Often I held sprint, my character do not sprint, or get stuck on obstacles. Wouldn't have mattered as much if not fact that melee slam required you to sprint.
There is also alot of technical problem, & often need alt-cont del to "solve. If the fixed all the tech issue, I think the game will be much more enjoayable
Not had a single issue on the XSS. Has to be one of the most finished games I have played at launch for a very long time.I am the only one experiencing glitches. Use the crafting system and level up your gear. What ever level the enemies are your gear can match. Dropping WT isn't going to help as much as crafting.I'm no longer keeping the world tier at the highest setting. I lost so much progress last night until it finally dawned on me. At the highest WT the enemies are about 3 levels higher than I am. And I'm not getting enough gear to keep up with the scaling. My weapons/abilities just don't so enough to see me through at my current level of 17. I did a test and found that if I keep the WT about 2 levels below the max I can get through the content and get some loot, then raise my WT to max (currently WT7) and repeat some missions to get even better loot before moving on the new content. Rinse & repeat. As a solo player this is working for me a whole lot better than constantly getting killed because I want to stay at the highest WT in the hopes of getting max available loot, only to die and get nothing feeling like I've wasted my time. I don't think I'll worry about the WT until I hit max character level.
I tried out the crafting and it helps a little. But not enough to keep up with the scaling on max world tier. I just felt like I was wasting resources since with each level gained the enemies scale up about 3 levels higher. I'd rather worry about the world tier once I hit character level 30. You get tons of character xp just for mission completion so the WT system isn't as important to me yet. Plus, I'm having more fun this way.Use the crafting system and level up your gear. Enemies and and gear both scale the same. Each WT jump adds a +1 to the overall enemy level and gear level. If the enemies are 3 levels higher than your gear level then you need to level up your gear via crafting. Don't use your character level as a measuring stick. I think you're right about gear level. But in my opinion its not as important when not at max character level. I just feel like I'm switching gear so often that raising gear levels via crafting would be a waste of resources. At least its not something I should be focused on right now. I have used crafting but only sparingly. I'll horde my resources until I have a full set of epic gear and then worry about raising its level and/or swapping mods.Enemies and and gear both scale the same. That is the point. If you use the crafting you don't need to keep changing gear. Get a build going with blue(rare) and keep it the entire time. Epic gear is actually a waste of rarer resources. Blues only use leather and iron. Epics use Titanium.I think you're right about gear level. But in my opinion its not as important when not at max character level. At lvl17 I'm getting blues like crazy and still experimenting with the mods and deconstructing gear to increase my mod library. So again, it feels like a waste of resources right now to use them on gear that'll be replaced in a level or two. I'm still missing the last class ability and need to do some experimenting with it to see how it'll play into potential builds. I just feel like for me its better/more efficient to keep the world tier at something manageable to keep gaining character levels until I hit the max and then worry about grinding for higher world tiers for better loot, to in turn tackle higher world tiers to get even better loot. The hamster wheel of looters. This seems to be working for me, some may like the challenge of playing at max WT. But for me it just doesn't seem worth it and was taking away from my enjoyment of the game. That is the point. If you use the crafting you don't need to keep changing gear. So it seems the Hunter missions are a guranteed legendary drop every time you complete all 10. Plus the 10 epics you get for the trophys. Pluss all the resources, gear you get on each hunt. Great activity to farm.
I'm only like level 6 or 7, but when should I really start crafting? I keep finding much better gear all the time so I feel like it's not really worth it yet.
It is up to you how you go about it. But the resources for crafting blue gear are ammassed quickly, hoarding them for end game is pretty pointless. You can change mods as much as you want also.At lvl17 I'm getting blues like crazy and still experimenting with the mods and deconstructing gear to increase my mod library. Imo, right away. If you have 3 skills unlocked, Build , build, build.....But if you are doing fine with just random gear then might aswell stick with it.I'm only like level 6 or 7, but when should I really start crafting? Done hunter 4 times. I'm more interested armour as they are more geared towards builds.Hunter, Wanted & Historical all are guaranteed Legendary drops when you complete them.
Hunter gives a mix of weapons and armor
Wanted gives weapons
Hunter gives armor.
Each can be reset when completed allowing you to go again and get all the drops again a second time,
