2019 Modern Warfare is on sale on the Xbox store for only $30 right now. That's only $3 more than a used copy at Gamestop (haven't been to one in years). I'd like to wait, but who knows how many months it will be until these games actually make it to Game Pass once the sale is finalized, and I've been very much in the mood to play a fun single player shooter with modern real world weapons. The campaign seemed to review well in the places I've looked. For those of you who played it, is it worth $30 still?

No.

The campaign wasn't great either, it was just ok.

If it’s eventually coming to GP just wait. Those that I know that have played SP enjoyed it.

You know I am not a fan of subscriptions. But paying that $1 that got me Game Pass Ultimate for 2 years, I would be stupid now to buy any Xbox first party games. Once the $1 is up, and if that $1 promo doesn't work, I can just buy the games that I want that get locked out after my sub expires.

So essentially it's a win win for me. COD 2023 (if there is one) will be the first COD I don't buy.

And you can buy those games at a discount if you want.

3 lane maps and chill on the super loud footsteps. It is like they wanted people playing Rainbow 6 instead of COD.
