Looks kinda clunky and rough around the edges in that new gameplay, hopefully they delay it and put some more work in.

I don’t remember doing much crouching or melee…. Mostly walking, a lot of walking, mostly shooting from a distance, walking away while shooting or just running

Also because the animations reminded me of TLoU with the flashlight and slow crawl then stab.
From what I remember, Gears was more run and gun through everything. Not much stealth and dark environments with flashlights.
Why haven't you played RE4? lolNever played RE4 but this is nothing like Gears of War
I didn't have a Gamecube at the time and my friend said he played it already so I only played a little bit on his GC. I was also in my PC phase at the time so I only had a PC and no other consoles. I got the PS3 at the end of 2006 and I don't believe there was ever a port for it until later down the road and I forgot about it.
Because it didn't come out on PlayStation first

I bought the Alan Wake remaster and I tried to get into it but damn the gameplay is awkward and he's not a very likeable character, so I eventually lost interest and gave up. I know some people love that game and that's great I just couldn't get into it.
