That's just it, it gives you 3 games of 1.5, then to even out, it throws you in crazy lobbies where you go .5. SBMM is bad in all of them, but IW's is way worse. Cold War never did that to me. CW would just stick me with potato teammates, but at least I was competitive all the time.
It is so obvious that I get these "dad" lobbies where I'm one of the best players, then suddenly am thrown in way over my head. In COD I'm pretty average (or I was, who knows now).
It is an algorithm meant to keep you playing. The only thing you can do with the bad games is grind through it until the algorithm decides it is time for you to win again. Once in awhile you hit an outlier game (the sbmm will time out sometimes and give you weird, random lobbies).
It isn't even really "skill" based at all. It doesn't even work the same for everyone, as it must determine your frustration level.
Good news for once.

Warzone 2 looks terrible, though. My theory is that Warzone 2 is the game they want to push. They want the 6v6 to be for the lower skilled players, plus most WZ players will buy it just to level up the guns. They know WZ is the money maker with microtransactions.
Its funny, at COD Next they really drove home how they listened to community feedback, but nobody asked for any of this. Same with the main game.I'm not a huge WZ player, but the 2v2 gulag seems weird? So I'm in a solo match and have a rando teammate?
Also the AI bots seems weird. Saw gameplay with Invasion too which is 20v20 but with additional bots on each team. The bots look pretty dumb, and mostly just stand there and let you shoot them (from what I saw). People will just be farming kills off bots in these modes.
This whole game seems like the design philosophy was "change up everything for the sake of it". I don't think they needed such a radical departure from what worked. So many of their changes just seem random and pointless.
It isn't like there's direct FPS competition with anything big landing anytime soon.
For me, Loadouts should either be you drop in with them or you remove them, the whole spend 5 to 10 mins to find cash is dull. With WZ I just wanted a better map, maybe harder/cost a lot more to get your own loadout/perks, better footstep audio, take out the gulag completely just let your teammates get you back someway, cut down on more of the hackers, cut down on the SBMM.
They say this new map is even bigger than the others. For me, Loadouts should either be you drop in with them or you remove them, the whole spend 5 to 10 mins to find cash is dull.
Not just a better map, but a smaller map.
I couldn't find the 120Hz mode on my XSS.

That's why I didn't upgrade mine.I wish my TV supported 120. But I really like my TV so I haven’t upgraded yet.
I might finally upgrade next year too. I'm sticking with a Sony TV.That's why I didn't upgrade mine.
But mine has got some issues developing now so next year I'll be going 4K.
Of course it’s and they won’t listen to their consumers.SBMM trending on Twitter again.
It is terribly implemented and doesn't actually do what it is supposed to. SBMM isn't supposed to throw you to the wolves like it does in COD. Good SBMM is invisible. COD's throws you to the ground, kicks you in balls, and spits in your face for ever daring to have fun.I was checking out Doc on youtube a little and I was amazed at how many people in his stream were asking him what SBMM is.
Honestly I don't think people know it exists, and I don't think the ones who do get how broken it is.
In MW2019 I think I had a 30% win rate. How is that "skill based"?
Why can't they just randomize people? Like completely randomize the teams (unless in party).
I liked it outside of that too.We got a group of 5 going today. Same thing we would get some good matches having some fun, then all of a sudden we’d go against an entire team that would wreck us. Damn this is annoying because I like the game outside of that.
I’m fine with the audio because the audio in WZ was frustrating as hell, this gives me hope for the new MP/WZ2 going forward.
