Its free speech when they attack someone or , or someone they hated being attacked (by that I mean criticise). Its hate speech, & putting people in danger when they are being attack, or someone they support being attacked.
I see this as as a means to silence criticism.
2 things can be both true.
A) People should be allow to criticse someone.
B) Violence & threats should not be allow.
B shouldn't be used as excuse for not allowing A.
If someone threaten violence, expose & let the police/Authority deal with them.
