Demon's Souls and R & C RA are current gen software. Not only to they offer industry leading visuals but they have stellar performance.
If I was a betting man id say SF won't offer the LOD as the above so theirs no reason it can't have a performance mode... UNLESS it still is a cross gen game.
How so? If the PC version supports hdd's or slower ssd's is how.
NEWER software tech is better optimized with these consoles nvme and cpu capabilities which 'some' PS5 exclusives take advantage of and eventually XSX and PC with direct storage.
We find out when the system requirements are released.
I’m gonna agree to an with R&C, with it being linear and scripted. As for demon souls, the already had a base to start and they’re all they’ve done are ports. They still look great, R&C above them all.
I still feel we won’t see anything that takes advantage till next year, at the earliest…from almost any dev.
R & C lol. 60 FPs with no RT and not 4K. With RT and 60FPS as low as 1080P. With RT and sometimes 4K at 30FPS. Rip! Not open world and pale in comparison scale wise.

I want Starfield gameplay. Shown demonstrated. I want gameplay of Forza Motorsport and a release date and a beta announcement.
Some Redfall gameplay and release date. A teaser of Indiana Jones. Hellblade 2 gameplay outside of that linear demo scene. Release date as well.
I want some Halo Infinite campaign DLC announcement. Hopefully the expansion to Forza Horizon 5 is announced by then.
Avowed game play would be nice as well as Fable.
