Anthem

hopefully u can play the game all the way through in first person and switch as you like. If not then fug it..But a pretty game like this, they should add that option

It's not that i want to, i just don't think it's going to be one of those games that grabs me. All i see is amazing visuals and not much more. Hoping i'm wrong and it's a great game. Learned my lesson from games like Watch Dogs and Destiny though.
Fair enough.

Game is still 18 months away and a bioware game, I would expect it to have far more than just pretty graphics.

Nope. It seems all gameplay wiill be 3rd person. The first person view seems lijited to the safe zone only.

Mass Effect is hard core science fiction?!... Okay...

You mean you didn't learn anything from the blueprints of the McGuffin Field Generator that made SAM able to completely change your player from a Biotics specialist to a Tech specialst at will but never actually be able to use four gottdamn abilities at the same gottdamn time? All I know is whatever cloning process that made Miranda certainly made my science hard.

Yup, i'm a BioWare fan so i trust them. ME: Andromeda was an anomaly, they obviously had the A team working on Anthem all this time so we'll see. More or less, just changing up my style of always being positive for a change. Sure it will turn out great in the end.

How many teams does Bioware have? I didn't want to make a new thread for this, but...

Something is happening with Dragon Age," said Laidlaw to The 1099 podcast host Josiah Renaudin, before going on to say he and his team are "hiring a lot of people" at present.

During the conversation, Laidlaw also admits BioWare had plans for Jade Empire 2—which were ultimately delayed as a result of work on Dragon Age.

"We certainly had plans for a Dragon Age 2," says Laidlaw. "Which I can’t talk about, but it existed. Jade Empire 2 was talked about. It was certainly considered. I think it’s still possible there could be a Jade 2."

I'm not really worried about which team is doing what though. I've enjoyed every Bioware game Ive played since the 90's.

Edit: holy s*** Batman! I had no idea Shattered Steel was their game! I played that to death on my 486!

Well considering it was a whole other dev team who made ME:A then yeah, you were right.

It's amazing how many gamers didn't know, forgot, or completely ignoreed that little fact.

Some poor photoshop work to pass the Xbox X version as PS4

Around 3:39 happens all the time but not this poor

Yeah I saw that and that is EA and Sony fault.

EA for that crappy video and Sony for not checking and upload not known what is in it.

This also happened with MS on Witcher 3.

Hyped probably my top in my top 3 of E3 but not being a fan of bioware... I think I should keep my expectations low and,it does look like Evolve and we know how that turned out.

Expect them to look almost the same thx 2 parity is why I think they did this.

Bioware has shown this gen to take advantage of console strengths, X1X has them all covered this time, no slightly better cpu advantage for the weaker console. I expect slightly better performance, more stable and higher resolutions, and better draw distances and loading.

Dragon Age
If you don't mind minor frame-rate dips and feel that image quality is most important, it's easy to recommend the PS4 version. However, those looking for the most stable experience should instead opt for the Xbox One version.

We will see.
I expect minuscule differences. Due to weak CPU's shared by both and PARITY.

Its funny people are expecting a big difference with 3rd party games like Anthem.
Whats funny is how those beating their chst and claiming 40% power difference that only =0.5 tflops was a big, significant and very noticeable difference have now changed their tune even though the pwer difference is far bigger and roughly the size of a PS4 GPU.

We are already seeing the X1X gets everything Pro does and more.

And higher res textures/materials. That should make a difference.

Except the very post you responded to was citing a review for a game by the same developer where they very literally did not show PARITY; the PS4 version had better image quality and the X1 version had more stable frame rates. It's almost like you're waiting to see who's asking what 2+2 is before you answer 5 or 3.

X1X won't even play Knack 2 in 1080P lol.
