Anthem

Yes consider me hyped for this. I thought it looked f***ing excellent!

I hope they offer a 1st person perspective.

So much for my "Throw all EA teams to star wars" theory.

We are to be wary of pre-release stuff as always but it's piqued my curiosity.

They still need to have their own IP. if anything ever happens and they lose the Start Wars license and they went all in they would be screwed and only have their sports stuff which is also licensed.

This looked awesome. There is so much potential from the little bit of gameplay showed. I especially like the difference from Destiny where classes aren't tied to the character but the suits or Javelins.

I'm cautiously optimistic for the game. I guess I see where the bulk of Bioware's talent went instead of working on mass effect.

Game of show, so far, for me!

I love the movement, and the way the mobs behave in the environment!

Flying around reminds me of Iron Man, but without that mole Gwyneth Paltrow.

So THIS is what the original Mass Effect team has been working on. Color me inpressed. Love that flying mechanic.

Yeah. I think that's what pretty much every gamer thought when watching that trailer.
Actually, it seems every gamer thought it was bettr than Destiny. Even though there was absolutly nothing to suggest it is a Destinty type of game.

I got a huge Destiny vibe from it. Not sure why. I don't care either way. Hopefully this will turn out well. It's got mech suits and Ironman flying!

Surprised you didn't get the similarities between this and Destiny. It's a 4 player co-op loot shooter. I think I even heard the term "shared-world" used. From the trailer is seems obvious players go on missions with friends with the promise of loot to be gained from destroying enemies or from mission rewards. We need more info but on the surface it seems very Destiny/Division like.

And.........We get to fly around like Iron Man. :bang:

Lotsolf games are coop with loot and are nothing like Destiny...like borderlands, Sea of Theives or the upcoming stat of decay. I fear you guys have jumped the gun and will be a little disappointed when it turns out to just be a 4 player coop action RPG type of game.

You didn't the hear "shared world" during the MS presser.

What ever it is it looks awesome. Hope we don't have to wait till next E3 to get some juicy details.

I just wonder if it'll be playable solo and if they'll be able to integrate story into it. I do have to give them credit for SW:TOR, though, since that can definitely be played solo and has some good storylines, and is worthwhile even if you have no interest in the group content.

SWTOR was awesome. I am pretty bummed a follow on didn't get announced this year.

Visually looks absolutely bonkers. The gameplay they showed looked terribly boring. Hopefully they have a lot more in store.

I'm noticing a lot of trickery in the gameplay in regards to freedom and exploration. Seems it sells the idea of open world, but you're funneled down linear paths in actual gameplay. That scene where they jump off the platform is bull, I have no doubt that is just hub station and very restricted in terms of what you can actually explore.

There were two areas that they passed that looked like you could explore beyond the path they took. The first was when the Javelin dived under the water and there was a pop-up for finding a new area. And there was another area that was pointed out by one player where the other responded that they would wait for someone else to join before exploring those ruins.

We really have no idea how large the world to explore will be. I'll keep my expectations in check since Destiny also had some great trailers that showed lots of possibilities that weren't all realized. If this is a loot shooter with a more narrow scope with heavy story/RPG elements I'll be pleased.

So far this was the game of the show for me.

I think I'm going to have to go back to that soon. I played through two of the class stories and started a third (or three and started a fourth, I don't remember) before I got sucked into FM17. But now that I actually fluked a Champions League title I'm not sure how much that save is going to keep me going and I'm not ready to start over at another bottom club yet (which sounds like a place Bellybama would frequent).

Game looks stunning. Definitely gone to the top of my radar along with Red Dead and Cyberpunk 2077.

It has been a while since I've had faith. Final product very rarely ends up looking as good as the E3 trailers. I'm willing to bet the final game won't look as good as a matter of fact I'm 100% certain but hopefully it'll be close.

One thing I noticed everything is so damn dark it just gives off a grim feeling. Other than that it looked pretty neat! Hopefully it'll end up being good.

Hopefully this game has some meat to it, and just isn't an open world Evolve.

Had me intrigued for sure. One of the best showings of E3 IMO.
