Anyone a member of Triple A?

Yes. Used it a couple times. Premier member. Had a flat and spare was flat. No tow. Coolant tube popped. Had it towed. Worth it for piece of mind. $75 for membership or a minimum of $150 for a tow. Changing a tire is easy. Changing a tire on drivers side on I-287 is a nightmare and a death wish.
Just make sure you get the plus membership. I think it's like $20-30 more than the standard membership, however, it has 100 mile tow distance where as the standard membership you can only get a 5 mile tow. Chances are your gonna be more than 5 miles from your house or mechanic when you need a tow.
I had it for years, and never used it...thought about canceling it, but finally used it this past Summer, and it saved my ass.
When I had an oil change and tire rotation, they didn't put one of the tires back on my truck correctly, and it fell of my truck while I was doing 75 on the highway. No joke. I felt this 'boom' and sparks starting shooting out of the back of my truck, and then I saw my left rear tire go rolling past me. It was surreal. It rolled down the highway, and then cut over to the other side, missing every damn car! The craziest thing is that this happened about 2 weeks after the tire rotation, and I drove about 500-600 miles in that time.....and of all the places for it to happen, it was almost directly across the highway from the place that did the rotation!! I can't make this sh*t up.
Anyways, triple-A was there immediately, and were very cool about it. Actually a cop stopped first, and he was like 'did your tire blow?' I said 'no, it's up there on the road somwhere.' He says 'Are you f'n sh*ting me?' and I just pointed at my missing tire. He went to look for the tire...and then he never came back. Awesome.

Yeah I am AAA member. Has been a life saver a few times, especially if your winters are bad.
