Not sure how anybody is drawing comparisons when gameplay has not been seen. But that comparison is dumb.

Seems to destroy the choice and consequence of loadouts turning every player into a one man army.
I like it. It allows you to adapt on fly. That will be important on these big maps.
The devlopers must be watching too much Bollywood movies. This looks stright out of a bollywood movie.
Actually, they are trying to show they are in tune with and know what the community wants with this "only in Battlefield" moments esque trailer. People have been doing crzy and whacky stuff like this since BF1942.
Yeah people totally did stuff like that in BF3-4. It isn't like you're going to see that kind of thing happen every game.

The AI in titanfall was just to expedite getting your titan quicker.

The bots are just place holders incase it struggles to fill the 128 player count quickly enough.
I would imagine so. Similar to BF5 and the V rocket. Otherwise vehicles would be spammed.
People are assuming that due to the size of the maps and player count, the AI will be used to fill empty slots until others join so the maps don't feel empty.
You can also create your own server and play excusevly against & with AI if you'd like.

I'd take a BF Titanfall cross over mode. 64 player conquest with Titans and wallrunning.
I think that would be good for future DLC. It totally make sense. Doubt EA would go that far as being creative.
I think they have wanted to do this for years in Apex Legends. I think BF2042 is a better arena for it.
But yeah, EA are well known for not going the extra mile. Shame, cause the idea excites me.
With COD going WW2, they made the right call going modern (not really all that future).

If COD is WW2 again this year and if the rumors that the game has had a struggling development is true... then this is the year BF could come out on top and steal some of that COD crowd.

BF4 was set 13 years in the future from when it was released, apparently that 8 fake year difference is too much for gamers.

I just think BF might be on the right track again finally. All the maps seem to be mixing vehicle warfare and infantry warfare without catering more to one or the other. BFV leaned way too much in favour of infantry v infantry.
