I thought I read that if you're moving over a certain speed the GPS won't lock on. That would help to prevent driving issues. Maybe that was just a rumor though.

I had someone use it while I was driving. If you're driving average city speed, 25mph'ish, it'll lock on.

Thanks for this. I've read a bunch of "help" sites but none of them explained it clearly like this one. I was a little too old so I missed the big Pokemon thing way back when.
