From the little I watched, it seemed fun, but I laughed way too many times during the beginning of the game. It's hard to take the plot seriously, especially when it's jumping around. Like, right at the beginning when Ellen Page is just sitting still and staring. That came across more funny than serious to me. Maybe it was because the graphics, as great as they are, tend to make everything look like a video game, or the characters and plot just aren't as strong to me, but at the very least, it entertains me in a Ed Wood kind of way. You never know though, perhaps I'll end up under the spell of the story and have a different change of tune. We'll see, but first impressions didn't leave me feeling like this was a revolution. The game, like QD's predecessors, end up feeling like a stripped down version of old point and click games, without the challenge in solving a puzzle.
