Black Panther 2: Wakanda Forever - RIP Chadwick Boseman - November 11, 2022

Am I the only one who never believes these reaction videos are filmed the first time they watch them?

Very average film with some of the most 90s CGI in the last 20 years.
Ok the cgi was bad, it had moments (the later fight scenes) that on paper were cool but the look was just so bad that it kinda pulled ya out of it cos it just all looked out of place, mainly the lighting what ruined it.

It did have great world building. The killmonger was the best baddy, maybe now second or third. But it was an origin story, so those rarely show off who and what they’re capable of. But it is one of the better origin stories in the MCU.

I feel it’s better than black adam though, except maybe the fight scenes looked cooler, more anime like…I’m a filthy weeb.

Both. I just didn't see what separates it from the rest of the pack. It is over 95% on RT, so it is supposedly the most recommended Marvel movie of all time? I don't see it.
Of all the marvel movies, in and out of the MCU, my highest recommendation would be Spider-Man into the spiderverse. Best origin story may be ironman.

I have a soft (hard?) spot for the avengers movies.
First one and last one, last one may top them all. Went to see it with a packed gran theater and it was event like no other movie since I was a kid, I think the last time I saw a movie with so many people hyped was episode one….forget how old I was a kid tho lol

Yeah, in 2012 I was 33, so I probably have a better memory of the whole thing.

It was overhyped to be sure. I put the first one all the way down the list with Captain Marvel, Age of Ultron etc.

Saw it this morning. It's probably my 2nd favorite Marvel movie behind the first Black Panther movie. The first 15 minutes are something. You could hear a pin drop in the theater. Definitely gonna pick it up on Blu-ray when it come out.

Looks like s*** to me, and one more Mighty Thor gender swap is getting stale.

To each his own though, good for you guys who enjoy these kind of "movies".

I never understood the hype around the first one. Watched it once and have never wanted to waste my time with it again. Im not going to pay to watch this one. Ill wait for it to come to one of the streaming services I have.
