Official Thread Bloodborne

Sony will win me over this gen if they have another exclusive Souls game and if Deep Down ends up being great. Kind of over shooters these days. Already have the money set aside, I will have to get a PS4 for sure when this comes out.
 
With all the love for the Souls series in full force these days, seems like it might be a good time for Sony to do an enhanced edition of Demons Souls for the PS4 as well. Id buy it again, and I guarantee a lot of the newer fans of the franchise who only started with Dark Souls would love to play it for the first time.
 
Never played either of Demon's or Dark Souls. I would welcome it to the PS4.

They have built up a solid fanbase now across 3 platforms(Playstation, xbox, and PC) and with a game as niche as this, it makes no sense to 1: annoy your fanbases, and 2: bypass the millions of consumers on the other platforms. Well if it's a Demon Souls sequel than it'll be exclusive since Sony owns the rights to the name. If it's another Dark Souls then your response would be correct. We'll just have to see. However IMO they the same damn games except in name & few minor things.
 
Nice to see it is real. Can't wait for the release on PC and next gen platforms.

You don't have any basis for saying that really. We've already seen Sony let Microsoft's Xbox get all of the CoD and BF4 content first. It doesn't make any sense to say Sony is going to buy the Dark Souls franchise.

They don't need to, they already own the Demon's Souls IP.
 
This is looking awesome. Would be shocked if it was not a Souls game. Love the souls coming out the fog gate.

The biggest issue I have with this game is that im not playing it right now. I keep throwing cash at my PS4, but it still wont let me play it NOWZ!!! I hope this is just Demons Souls 2, cuz "Beast Souls" doesn't really have the same ring to it.
 
Dark Souls 2 although having decent music seems to lost the music style of Demons and Dark Souls... hopefully Sony/From bring sexy back with BS.
