Official Thread Bloodborne

When i tried killing the first boss the other night i didn't realize my weapon was broken. I was like.. this game can't be that hard, lol. At level 46 now and about to fight the Witch of Hemwick. The game just keeps getting better and better.

Bummer on the rest mode change. I can see when you are in a world but if you just stay in hunter's dream while in rest mode it should work.

Did anyone buy the official guide? If so, worth it?
Why buy it. You have plenty of free guides on the web.

And yea a guide is worth it. I'm somewhat using guides for my second playthrough with certain things. But even with guides this game is unpredictable. Different things keep happening every time I play.

Have to get back to this during the week. That spider boss is still sitting there taunting me.

I beat Rom last night. It's a lucky fight because of his attacks in the third phase and the small spiders hit so hard. I think i died more on him than any other boss so far. I'm level 67 now, getting my side quests in order for the trophies. Got to get that platinum trophy.

I played this game for two weeks straight when it came out. What made you stop playing?
I played it quite a bit as well. Started a new game after putting maybe 5 hours in with one build and got up to the guy with the gatling gun on the church tower. Then MKX came out and I haven't played since then.

I bought Bloodborne at launch, so I had plenty of time to focus on that. But even if I bought it in the same window as MKX, I would have stuck with it. I find single player experiences more interesting than fighting games. MKX is a great fighter, but it doesn't hold my interest the way a good single-player game does. For example, next week, I'm going to disappear when Witcher 3 releases.

How do I do the "story" chalice dungeons? I have't done any yet, want to make sure I do those instead of the randomly generated ones.

I think it's gorgeous.
You need better locations for pics.
Oh I think it's gorgeous too. I'm just failing at being "coy" lol. This game is so gorgeous it freaks me out. And I still can't believe just how good of a Demon's Soul successor this game is.
