Finished the campaign. I hate to do it, but I give it a 5/10. Good thing multiplayer is the saving grace.

Hopefully they are taking time to fix the huge bugs in the game
Raid is going to be the new map released! That's the house one from BO1 with the curved driveway, which is a great map as I remember. Kind of smallish but not crazy small.
The Warzone map is going to be a remake of the Alcatraz one from I think BO4? Not really new.
I think the old map is sticking around too. I'm still not sure how they are going to balance out two different sets of perks and gun attachments. CW guns are built around players having 150 health and much different headshot multipliers. CW just has a headshot or a body shot, where in the body doesn't matter, while MW tracks arms, lower or upper body, legs, etc.
I mean is it going to feel like CW or MW?

As far as I know, the patch is still coming tomorrow that has no notes, but is "quality of life". The season content doesn't drop until next week, so hopefully this patch fixes the game.
I was watching a guy on Twitch yesterday (PC), and it was the same as you listed...flashing skies and textures and disappearing. Even the color palette changed. He bitched and bitched, but kept playing.
Everything will get balanced to MW standards. I was excited for Warzone again but the fact it still plays like MW has just nullified any excitement.
Yeah I'm pretty burnt out on Warzone anyway. I like the 6v6 better in this game. I actually like the dirty bomb mode, but playing with randos is tough.
For Warzone, I wonder if they are going to bring over the Aug/M16 which are beasts in Cold War and will probably wreck in Warzone as they are now. Of course they could be nerfing them before next week.
That's where I play most of my time. I mostly don't like objective modes, mostly because most people just camp objectives and play like team deathmatch anyway.

Don’t you touch my M16 and Aug lol. I’ve also been using the KSP burst SMG it’s nice in HC Nuketown.

I turned ray tracing back on and so far no crashes on Series X, but I only got to play a few missions in single player. So far so good though. A few people on reddit claimed to be getting crashes, but I'm not sure, a lot of people just troll stuff like that unfortunately. Plus I think people are calling things like being disconnected from a server a "crash".
This weekend! With the season delayed, they added double weapon and regular XP. Doesn't start until Saturday for some reason though.
The next Double XP weekend begins on the 12th December.
With Season 1 being delayed, Treyarch is implementing a Double XP event in the build-up to its launch.
Double XP and Double Weapon XP will be enabled in Black Ops Cold War from 10AM PT Saturday, Dec. 12 until the 16th December.
We're also expecting some sort of Double XP opportunity once the new season launches.
It's unknown how long this opportunity will last for. The last Double XP event latest for almost a full week, where most only last for the weekend.
