Hellboy in the style of Darksiders. He's got the foes, the right mixture of brawling, shooting, and magic, along with being a world explorer. It'd be pretty awesome if that ever got off the ground.
Kickass - I'm surprised no big attempts have been made at making this. Open world city, you can flip between Kickass and Hitgirl for the storylines and missions, although Hitgirl would probably be better for controlling. That way you can have a Assassin's Creed-esque game in terms of climbing and exploring.
Spawn, but let it be from the makers of Bayonetta. I feel like they would "get it" so to speak. You got loads of great enemies in there and the potential for some real creative combat with the cape and chains.
Punisher - It's been too long since we had a Punisher game. We had the FPS, but it never really touched on the greatness that the previous game had (xbox/ps2/GC). Would love for it to get a nexgen sequel. I'd almost say that a game like Punisher could have almost a GTA-esque approach to it.
Conan the Barbarian done open world RPG style. Kind of like Kingdoms of Amalur.
Any games you guys feel get the shaft or haven't been done right? There's still plenty of juice left in the tank in my opinion for new comic book games.
