Some are pretty hard but as long as you have enough healing items and have your gear levelled appropriately you can tank past them. One or two of the optional bosses I’ve come across are still one hit killing me, even after 70 hours of game play
I’ll get them eventually though.
Take heed - when you get eventually unlock the mission to start hunting the legendary animals, if you want to get the wolf mount you must skin it after you beat it. If you don’t , it disappears and you can’t unlock the wolf mount. Luckily I have a save point right at the start of that mission. The wolf boss fight is fairly easy as well so Im only about an hour behind where I was. But take care with this… the mission does not prompt you to skin the boss after the battle. The quest marker updates to reporting the mission as complete. Which is what I did and then missed getting the mount.
Nice quality of life improvements. Time to start fixing some of the gameplay bugs now
If you go to MP4 the highest res you can do is 1080p, I will check the settings again tomorrow. It's just strange because my old videos weren't like that but marvel tokon and this one are and I didn't change anything lol.
Probably although I'm not seeing the option to disable HDR in videos.
Edit: You have to disable HDR in gameplay to get it to stop recording in HDR, for some reason when I send it to youtube it doesn't upload as HDR

I am having more fun with this than a lot of games I've played this generation, I've already got more than 40 hours into it and only fought 4 bosses lol.
I’m definitely going to get it in a few months. Want to start playing a big chunk before Fable hits later this year. That game will pull me in for a while.
Here's What Crimson Desert's New 4K Performance Mode Looks Like On Xbox Series X
Over the weekend, Crimson Desert received a new patch (known as Patch 1.02.00) that made a bunch of changes to the game, including a 4K enhancement to the Performance Mode on Xbox Series X.
Until last Saturday, Crimson Desert only supported 4K upscaling in the Quality and Balanced modes on Xbox's most powerful console, but the feature has now been extended to the Performance Mode that runs at a native 1080p.

Watch on YouTubeI've personally been playing around with Crimson Desert this morning on my Xbox Series X, and yeah — it looks pretty darn nice on Performance Mode now. You can definitely still tell the difference between Quality and Performance in particular, but as someone who would much rather play at 60FPS (or as close to it as possible), Performance Mode looks perfectly good enough in my opinion. It actually looks better in person than in the above videos.
It's going to be really interesting to see how Digital Foundry analyses the Xbox versions of Crimson Desert, especially now that all three modes are more closely aligned than ever. There were a lot of fears prior to launch that this game would run terribly on Xbox, but fortunately that hasn't proved the case!
I’ve seen some posts recently on Reddit that apparently the game does eventually end you can’t just keep playing in the open world as long as you wish like say a Skyrim or Fallout 4. People want them to change that.
