OMG, take my money.

I put in way too much time into The Witcher 3 and its DLC and even after that I wanted more. And now with this slick looking sci-fi world looking like something out of Bladerunner with CD Project’s storytelling I just know this is going to be something special.

The abilities and progression system for The Witcher 3 offered so many different ways we could build a character. And because of that I just know the devs will expand on that for CP2077.

I like the style they showed but I was hoping for some gameplay.

Loved Witcher 1 but couldn't get into the second, hence I never played the third. Have always been hyped by the idea of this game and trailer looked great artistically.

Hmmm..... After seeing the clip, not liking it as much. I prefer cyberpunk settings in dreary settings as opposed to bright sunny days.

Those graphics weren't good? I thought it looked and moved amazing.

I think it looks amazing but we know the current consoles are "gimped" .. If we really are only 2 years away from the next gen i wouldnt mind if the game gets bumped to make the game better on next gen hardware.

Just read the game is first person perspective. Kind of surprised based on CDPROJEKTs history.

Game is first person perspective. I'm a little surprised.

That's interesting. I personally would have wanted third person but Deus Ex Mankind Divided and Human Revolution worked realy well in 1st person, so I'll assume CD Project have it under control.

Being FPS kind of kills my hype for it a little bit, I like open world games in 3rd person.

Love the design and aesthetic here, they're nailing it. And I want that car... it speaks to me as an 80's kid.

Found these on twitter. Top notch character design.

Did you guys see the behind closed door impressions? Sounds like this games going to be raising the bar (95+ Metascore).

I haven't really seen anything of interest with the trailer, plus the 1st person perspective ruins any interest at all now.

The FPS part sounds a little strange alright but I can see what they mean when he says they wanted it to be more immersive. Kingdom Come did the same thing and it worked great there. I'm really stoked for this.

You know what's funny? Many people are complaining how being an FPS makes cosmetic customization useless but they forget that Deus Ex showed Jensen in conversations with npcs. They can also add extra things to enhance the immersive experience with your customizations.. You would think after The Witcher 3 they would have a little more faith in the developer.

They are saying the did it for immersion but I've never found FP perspective to be more immersive, I guess it's just a matter of preference. I'll probably still get the game but a 3rd person option would still be nice.

Maybe it makes sense if you play a contract killer and they want 'The Kill' to be more in your face or when tracking targets.

Kingdom Come is extremely immersive. I honestly don't think that game in 3d person would have been as good.

I think the fpp is also something to do with the verticality of the game. It’s easier to pull off tpp with more space around the character and I can see there being a lot of narrow confined spaces in Night City. There’s a clip in the trailer where it looks like a shop vendor is being held up, the shop is tiny, like something you’d expect to see in Blade Runner or Hong Kong. I don’t think tpp would be the right choice in those confined spaces.

Surprisingly, they’re of the opinion that the trailer is rendered from a console, Xbox One X.
