My benchmark of sorts with various settings. Playing with an Xbox controller for the first time in this game:

system:
i9-10900K @ 5.2ghz
GPU: EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 @ 2.0ghz
1440p 165hz Monitor ASUS ROG
Installed on a 1tb Samsung 980 Pro PCIE Gen 4 NVME SSD.

No RT? I see a ton of screen space reflections. Otherwise looks great!

Just booted up the game after not playing it since Dec 30th. Seems the same on PS5 after the 1.11 update. I think they should have worked with consultants from Rockstar or somewhere, about making the world feel alive.

They need a whole new npc system and A LOT of new voice acting sessions for them.

Yeah, and especially since people keep ignoring my instructions to stop posting here until the next gen patch hits. I might sometime accidentally see a spoiler.

I did enjoy my playthough with my OP one-shot pistol build, but there is no moivation for me to continue this game. in the end, even removing the technical issues, Cyberpunk for me is just a slightly above average game, like far cry 5.

Just not worth it to me, that's a 1800 dollar GPU and when you enable RT it literally tanked your frame rate by 50%ish AND you already had DLSS on. The frame rate trade off vs what you gain visually just ain't worth it to me.

This quickly fell off for me. I was so excited to play, but after returning it and playing other games; I don't miss it.

I'll definitely wait until next gen. Not in any hurry.

Yeah, don't get me wrong, I had fun with it a few dozen hours, but the urge to play it disappeared a bit, so I'll hold off.
The game, story wise, is a far cry from Witcher 3.

Very shallow. In fact I cannot even remember. Whats its about. Oh, detrsy an evil organisation. How original. The gunplay is decent, the skill trees & gears are better than most looter shooter.

Yeah these days I'm playing the game with it off for the most part. Though I can achieve locked 60fps with tweaked settings and RT....the hit to performance even on my system is ridiculous.

Even with basically the most top end retail PC you can get, it's barely holding 1440p/60+fps consistently with RT and DLSS on with drops to the 50's (it is 1440p res, yeah?). Night time it seems to be better.

1440p/30 with RT on and 1440p/60fps with RT off for next-gen consoles most likely when CDPR decides to release it.

I downloaded the patch and ran around in game for a few minutes a couple nights ago. Looks like HDR is still broken and desaturated in the game. I couldn't remember any of the buttons or what was going on, I may need to completely restart once the next gen patch is out.

The consoles are going to be doing quite worse....the top of the line AMD architecture they are based on goes to single digits with ANY RT on in Cyberpunk...
I wouldn't even expect a solid 30fps at 1440p with RT on next gen consoles at this point.

It'll be pretty bad if they release the RT version at 1080p or so. Maybe it'll be dynamic 1440p with RT on.

What a mess. They just lowered the settings even further it seems like.
