I'm sure the servers are getting hammered. I was finally able to play the opening mission. Good fun. The unlimited primary ammo is really nice. Exotic primaries will enhance your other ammo finders and it seems to be quite a big impact. I was running sweet business and was constantly getting green and purple ammo bricks.

I leave my PC on sometimes, it always says I'm online in the Xbox app for some reason.
I'm off work tomorrow and Friday, so I'll be on quite a bit.
Yes! It said Xbox App. I even showed my wife. I was like, he is in the Xbox App, but I can't get him in via the Roster in Destiny. She looked at me like I was an alien. "I have no idea what you just said", and went back to watching her Bachelor show. She is anti games.
I was worried about this with them adding Battle Eye. Their forum has a huge thread about people on PC crashingI'm constantly crashing on PC now. Can't even get through the opening quest.

Weapon crafting sounds cool. Trials getting matchmaking is cool too....and about damntime.

I'm suddenly able to play again for a few hours. Was crashing constantly now it is gone. Must be something with the anti-cheat. I've never had the game just crash to desktop on me without some sort of message.
Anyway I love the Dreaming City aesthetic.
Took 5 minutes to crash
It seems totally intermittent. I try something and it goes away for a couple of hours, then I crash within minutes and keep crashing.
Really frustrating. It almost seems like it is server related or something, as I've played a few hours with no issues, then next time I jump in and I can barely get to my destination before crashing.
If I get 10 minutes in and don't crash, I stick with that session.
TWAB today says they are reworking all the light subclasses to work like stasis with aspects and fragments. Only Void will be out with The Witch Queen though.
No crashes since last night. I set my max fps to 143 since I have a 144hz monitor and I closed out all other programs.
The whole power system has been dumb for a long time. Pinnacles are annoying and there's far too much RNG. You get 2-3 drops of the same slot and you get no progress.
What really bugs me is I hit last season's pinnacle cap of 1320 (not artifact), yet everything I get drops at like 1317, so everything needs infused.
Of course if you are 1 power level below for an activity, it is insanely more difficult as the damage is scaled down. It is just gate keeping.

TeKPhaN and I were kind of taking about this the other day. I hate the artifact. It's basically Bungie saying "okay guys we're going to have you play this way this season and we want you to use these guns (fusions this season)
Champion mods need a complete overhaul. They should just be constant and let me slot them for whatever weapon I want.
