Few more details on what's actually coming in the 30th anniversary stuff. I still am hesitant to fork out a ton of money for all this stuff. Hopefully they release a lot more details.
I broke down and bought the $100 WTF did I just buy edition for this.
30th Anniversary stuff starts next week (just in time for Halo's campaign...).
Gotta check out that dungeon to get Gjallahorn. I wonder if it is going to be terrible or crazy overpowered. They never seem to do the middle.

If it sucks they will buff it, probably make it really good then of course the inevitable nerf will come later
The free 6 man activity is fun. Not quite up to Menagerie standards, but definitely not the worst activity. I still haven't tried the dungeon but supposedly it is pretty good. A lot of the good gear is going to be locked behind the dungeon though.
I'm still not sure exactly what will happen, but probably ask you to buy something if you try and hit anything that's now behind the paywall. I don't think you'll lose any gear that you already earned though. Destiny is always online basically so it isn't really going to let anyone play.
To make things more confusing, Forsaken is now free until it is vaulted for February. It all gets really confusing.
Apparently the new dungeon is bugged and doesn't give loot beyond the first run. So run it once, get your Gally and wait for next week before running it again. You can't "farm" it yet.
Bouncing back and forth between Halo and Destiny is not easy. Do I grapple or jet? I was trying to get the exotic sidearm in the 6 man activity and kept trying to grapple edges.

If I remember correctly I thought all the DLC stuff transferred but not the season pass? Or maybe it's the other way around.

But he can bring what he earns in the paid edition to any version ie unlocks.
All I know is it is really confusing. You can buy the pass on one platform and be ok across all, but otherwise I think you need the content per platform.

I do know that the 30th anniversary stuff and dungeon is separate along with WQ. You can buy those both together.
I do know Forsaken is free now and soon to be vaulted so you don't need that.
