Did you guys want to be ninjas in the 80's like me?

I had this book as well. It's an cool book. Terribly dated now, but it was cool back then.

I'm already a ninja. Always sneakin up on corrupt shoguns in my kitchen and raiding their supplies to feed the peasants.

In cover of dark
Your doritos I will find
I am a ninja

Want to be?! b****, I WAS a friggin' ninja...
Of course you were, honey. [/Francine voice from American Dad]

Yeah, Cowboys weren't cool when I was growing up. It was all about the Ninja's!

Then the Power Rangers!!! Then the Spice Girls...

Ehhh I saw them in concert.

NO, not the Power Rangers.

I never wanted to be anything and that's how my life turned out.

Ha! PV this is awesome! Ninjas in the 80’s owned. Revenge of the Ninja is one of my favorite movies ever. I had real throwing stars I’d use on trees in the back yard. I used sticks as swords and a home made pair of numb chucks(spelling ? Lol)

We’re Ninja’s for life!

Same here. I still have my old real sword, cane sword, wooden training sword, Tabi boots, stars, and butterfly knives.

Not really but was young. Kinda wanted to be a power ranger in the 90's though. Green one in particular.

Used to rent all of those awful American Ninja movies and others during summer breaks, we had a karate studio a few blocks away that sold real stars and everything so of course we bought some of those too, our poor avocado tree didn't know what hit it lol. Crazy how a place would sell dangerous objects like that to minors but those were the 80's lol.
