Aesthetically it doesn't look anything like the Souls series. I didn't realize it was going to be so open world either. I really really hope they keep to the core combat mechanics.

I was told awhile ago that it was a open world game kinda like TW3 with Souls elements (including MP) where you go to different kingdoms and take different powers from the rulers.

Agreed, doesn’t look as “dark” fantasy actually. But it’s a very small snippet.

Pretty sure core mechanics are there from what they have said.

Not enough games with good Mounted combat. Witcher 3 was ok, but Valhalla was laughable.

Yeah, word is its internal trailer over a year old. Would expect what we end up getting to be much, much better.
