Flat Earth Nonsense and other insane people and beliefs

Flat Earth is an extreme type of conspiracy theory that doesn't hold up to any scrutiny and nothing about it makes sense. Everytime I see this stuff it seems like a new kind of Cult.
This is why I think Joe seems concerned and sad this guy has fallen into the 'Rabbit Hole' and accepted such a crackpot idea is because it is so Cult-like. Flat Earth doesn't stand up to any minimal amount of contemplating it as an idea versus the Round Earth, so to accept it requires discarding your faculties of reason.

There are no other planets. Its all painted background to make us think there are other planets or a sun or solar systems.

Bravo is to the point where he distrusts authority and the government so much that he is willing to believe anything that contradicts it; regardless of how nuts it is.
I listend to Degrasse Tyson and Joe Rogan yesterday, Rogan isn't sure we landed on the moon. At least he wasn't during that conversation. He had reservations.
We didn't. I stayed home. Well, I wasn't born yet, but I don't know if that's why they didn't invite me. But I'm also open minded enough to evaluate the evidence, and then consider the theory that there's some gigantic conspiracy with super-smart, super wealthy people pulling the wool over our eyes, and then I see what actual super wealthy people act like, and I don't think they could pull wool over a sleeping sheep's eyes.

Watched this recently. Pretty ingenious.
That dude died launching himself to space on a homemade rocket and this is all he had to do to test if the planet was round.
