2) Its diet
3) & its Sparking Soda
4) & it contains Aspartame & Acesulame Potassium (no idea what these means, but they sure sound cool)

I believe ya PV. But I've never heard of that drink and knowing our selection up here, food and drink variety is probably at about 1/10th what Americans get. Whenever I got to the US for business and we check out different places to eat and look around and shop, the variety is amazing!
Aspartame is an artificial sweetener. Its just as bad for you as sugar, lol. Also, if you give a mouse 40000 times a normal human dose, it'll give it cancer, apparently. So be scared! OOOOOoooh... Sugar probably would too.
