This game is addicting, the gameplay is good but the map and visuals are so amazing I love being in the world
I was first hesitant about the desert setting, I was worried about a drab and saturated colour palette like other rally/off-road games. But I was pleasantly surprised with how colorful it is and the variety of the scenery like jungles and forest. Oh and I love that they include both Aztecs and Mayan environments.
I've enjoyed seeing the differences between spring and summer. I didn't even know this game had seasons until launch.
They usually give you the car fitted for the race.
I have 577 of 578 roads done. Apparently 578 is glitched for some. But I got the achievement for all roads.
I was looking for a barn, saw this car just in the bg, it starts to follow me abs honk like there’s tomorrow. I ignore it for a but thinking it’s trying to challenge me, but nope, it was like a pet seeking attention and it led me to a well with Timmy the barn find a with the Ferrari….I thank you mysterious spirit animal
I had figured out, after the 4th or 5th barn, how to find them without too much trouble. Just cruise along the main road until you see a unmarked dirt road, usually with a rickety fence lining the path.
Horizon Arcade sucks. No one wants to do it and doesn't scale to number of players.
The biggest Arcade group I've had was on the first day of Early Access, strangely. Lately, I'm lucky if one other person joins. I've got to round 3 a couple times, but never completed it. We'll need to put together a UVGF group to try to coop them at some point.
It is why I haven't done any MP yet. Hopefully that delayed fix will sort it out this week.
Love the audio in this game. It has a sense of scale, loads of depth, all topped off with an abundance of nuance. Love it.
I added you on my Xbox this weekend. Though I thought I had you on there already. Unless you deleted me. I wasn't seeing you in my FH5 for showing your number of roads traveled, boards smashed, etc for comparison when it pops up on the screen. I was like, that's weird.
Back on the Xbox one I had an issue where it just unfriended and or blocked like 80% of my friend list. Just never got round to adding them back.
I was just gifted a Legendary class Porsche with a 20th Anniversary skin when I logged into Forza Horizon 5.
I was gifted the Porsche 918 Spyder earlier, but didn't have a skin.
