FSR3 works nearly as good as DLSS3 at software level. That is pretty damn good as it works for Nvidia cards too that don't have DLSS FG support.
The caveat is it needs 60 fps to work its magic effectively it seems. Also Xbox consoles may have a slight advantage due to it using DX12 tech.
AMD FSR 3 Is Coming to Consoles, Potentially Unlocking New Performance Levels, Though PS5 May Have a Problem
Immortals of Aveum dev Ascendant Studios confirmed it is working to port AMD FSR 3 to consoles. The PS5 may have a problem with it, though.
